The purchase was trouble free and went without a hitch or any surprises. The product has what I hoped it was going to have but this time there were some surprises, very good surprises.
The questions I had over a number of days were always answered promptly, professionally and had the information I needed. I've never had any dealings with them before and I'm always caution about buying things over the internet, especially in regard to information based products. I'm happy to report that the cynic in me had no need to be concerned.
Very professional. My only regret is that I did not know about Rocwell trading and their trading cources earlier. It would have saved me a lot of money and frustration.
I thought the first part of the course was basic. Would like to see them have a basic course and an advanced course.

I was not aware there were 3 companys involved. It was very confusing. I thought everything was from Rockwell. My charts would not load from Genisis and I had to call all 3 companys before I got the problem resolved. Maybe all 3 companys need to get together and make it a one stop shopping and pay one price for the entire package. If I continue I will be paying 3 different companys for the service which I was not aware of when I started with Rockwell. I'm sure other new customers have been very confused by this also, however I do like the products.
First run hopefully a good experience and something I can use in the future.
