As I write this, my order was sent out on September 12th, it is October 30th now. My item was claimed to be 'delivered' but I never got it, and $21 is a lot to be spending for nothing. SUPER unhappy. What's more, there's no guarantee they'll get back to your emails either. So yeah, just shop on amazon or depop. Same stuff but at least you'll actually receive it (The photo is of what I bought, and, of course, did not receive).
Don't ordered from this company. It's a scam! Never received my purchase. I tried contacting them through email. They gave never responded. So I'm putting a bad review and than reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I placed an order aver 2 weeks ago for my young daughter. She was excited because she loves romwe's clothes. I spent over $100 and never received anything! Tried to contact customer service to no avail. Now my daughter is sad and Im out of $100!

Ordered a package on august 2,2020 and it still hasn't been delivered. It's october 22,2020. Where is my package romwe? I've sent about 3 emails regarding this specific package and I got no response
One of my packages was sent to the wrong address and sent back. I would like to have them send me back my package to my new address.
Ordered earrings two times from Romwe - both times they were delivered about three weeks later.
They were decent quality - better then Icings or some at Walmart, but not 24k gold obviously. Really nicely made for the price.
Also wore them for a bit and didn't turn my ears different colors (like some cheap ones can).
Also it looks easy to replace the hooks/posts if you do have super sensitive ears and need specific materials.
So disappointed :( I spent 66 dollars on clothes... I ordered weeks ago and they marked it as "been shipped out" just so I can't cancel the order. I go onto Usps and it says it hasn't even been shipped out to their building. I've emailed many times and get no response. Don't buy from here they just want your money!
Hello, I order something on Sep. 11 from the romwe website, I then got an email saying that my address was wrong and my order will be returned to the sender and I change my address to a new one but I haven't gotten a package or I haven't gotten my money back. I was wondering how I can get my package or a refund?
I miss my order the first time and I didn't get a call or an email or anything that told me my order was here. So then I email them and no one ever reply me back. Kind of disappointed
I am NEVER using this service again! I wouldn't recommend to anyone. In fact, I'd go so far as to say I'm going to tell people about it just so they DON'T WASTE THEIR $#*!ING MONEY! I'm so angry! I haven't received TWO of my packages and there's no one I can contact! The worst part is I'm STILL PAYING for packages I haven't received! I've lost close to $200! If you read reviews for services, please belive this one, and don't ever do business with them, you will NOT receive your order AND there's no way you can get your money back!

The description said 24" for thigh-high socks. They are not. I received girl's knee-high socks.
My daughter ordered items on 2 orders they were received in reasonable time. The items themselves were OK all be it not finished very well and the sizing is terrible. She ordered 3 of the same top, same size, different colours one colour fit the other 2 far smaller. They came in a Romwe order but in the Shein individual bags. My major issue is I am trying to return items that are far too small and the computer says items not returnable and does not offer my daughter the "return items" button once she clicks into her order (as per Romwe online return instructions). I have checked the return policy and her items are eligible for return so I tried online help which is a robot that cannot help me just gives me a manual service button which when clicked says 24/7 service however also says OFFLINE so I am still no nearer returning the items. There is no email or telephone number to contact and no facility shows to "Open a ticket" of correspondence with a customer service representative. The order was places as my daughter thought it was good value however we are left with unusable clothes so there is no value in fact its been an expensive mistake for my daughter.
My daughter ordered$60.24 worth of items. They never came in. Tonight when she was going to ask for a refund or for her order, her app had logged her out. When she logged back in her order history was gone. She order this with my card and I have the statement where they took the money out. Don't trust this site

I bought 2 dresses and three shirts. The design was the one that I choose but the quality is horrible, the dresses were not the color that I wanted but they still send me two different colors.
I returned the full package and I NEVER got my money back nor I got an answer from them.
There is no customer service, they are auto-replay emails.
I ordered over 100 dollars worth of clothing from ROMWE and when they came I was extremely disappointed. Almost all of the items were way too big. The quality was terrible, as for the biker shorts, I picked them up and string started to fall out. The material is swuimsuit like, way too thin, and not even considerable. All of the other items were way too big, fabric was very bad, and definentally not true to size. Only 2 of my entire order was doable. For one of them(a pj set), I didn't even recieve the top! That is truly unacceptable. The sweaters were long sleeves, way too thin to be sweaters. This is the most disappointing order I have ever ordered online. I have tried emailing them and it has been almost and a week and I had no response whatsoever. Please do not buy from here.
I did not receive an order I was to receive by Aug 11. The last tracking update was Aug 5 and I have not heard anything or know who to contact as there is no number to call! I need my stuff or my refund ASAP. Love the company but this is the worst customer service.
I rarely use my debit card to purchase anything because i prefer cash. But when i ordered off of ROMWE i used my card. 3 weeks later i get a paper from my bank saying someplace that i used my card at got through the processors and i was being sent a new one to protect me from fraud. I look at my bank statements and the only things i've purchased with my card was my order from romwe and my monthly car payment. I'm disappointed because i like to order random stuff from this app (quality isn't the best, you get what you pay for, shipping takes forever and customer service is trash) BUT all of that i could put aside for cheap prices as i'm a broke college student.
