Still waiting….

I'm still waiting and it's been 6 weeks. I've ask for shipping updated and their response was to ask me to give them a few more days. I did and still no more info. It's embarrassing bc it was suppose to arrive by Feb 8th- my mother in laws birthday. It's a month past and I can't even get an estimate now on when it would ship. This is my second order with them and I can't say the first one was much better, but I gave them the benefit of the blunt the first time.

They are very happy to take your money then leave you in limbo waiting for your purchase. My purchase for my wife was to be here 2 to 3 days before Valentines Day. I had to spend even more money to make sure she had a gift. 2 weeks later my purchase arrived. No sorry, no shipping refund, nothing. Never again!

I placed an order on February 4th and paid over $20 for expedited shipping of 3-4 day delivery. By February 11th I had not received any information from the company about my order other than money leaving my account. When I went to the website I put in my order number for the site to tell me no order existed. Over the rest of the month I emailed back and forth with the company with very VERY delayed response. I was told you will receive tracking in a day or two, to wait three and have to reach out again and again. No refund has been issued. I have attempted to cancel my order and have been ignored. I have filled a dispute with my bank in order to try and get a resolution. It is now March 7th and I still have not received my order nor refund of shipping and item as requested multiple times.

Wrong Paper & Crooked

Sent me a product different than what I ordered.
Told me via email that they were out of stock after I sent them a picture of what arrived.
Additionally the front print is semi crooked.
The leather tie was deteriorated leaving tons of residue all over the binder.
For this price, quality should have been much better.

Amazingly unremarkable

Aside from not getting my product within a month the customer service has been sub par. Responses take a full 24 hours to get anywhere and most of the time they are begging for more time since they are "so backed up". With no clear date of delivery in sight I will most likely be cancelling and getting a refund. The product MAY have been good but they have lost my business and I encourage all reading this to go elsewhere with your orders.

So disappointed

Finally received my order over a month late and I am very disappointed in the product. It is a very overpriced product and is nothing lit the picture used advertising. Definitely would not recommend this company. The only good thing I can say about them is they answer inquiries promptly and with courtesy.

Didn't receive product

I ordered the product. It took several emails and a couple of weeks to get tracking. Every time I look at the tracking the package is in a new place and says in transit. It's now been 10 weeks since my order and still nothing. This is obviously a scam.

Would NEVER recommend

I ordered this in January, paid for 5-8 calendar days shipping so that it could be here before Valentine's Day. It is now 2/27 and I still do not have order.I've been going back and fourth with them to get my refund. They 1st only offered me $10. I rejected. I cannot get them to respond to emails. I extremely upset & would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE, not even a fly!
