Seller responsive with communication. UPS had delivery issue but item eventually showed up. UPS took picture of package on delivery truck shelf and said it was delivered when it was not.

I always get the willies when companies ask about my "experience", as if purchasing a needed item is an "adventure"? Its transactional for me and these guy had what I was looking for without the hype, or dynamic pricing or sending me ads after I looked at the item to drive sales. The retail end was typical and the transaction was normal. I did have to turn my VPN off to purchase it and there was a hustle over (cookies) I am wary of cookies taking rent in my device. My surge power monitor arrived fast and the packing was adequate. I wanted this wired in surge power watching device as it cannot be stolen and it has a button activated bypass (on generator these devices can be fickle). I appreciate the straightforward approach to their marketing without the glossy babe in a swimwear telling me my purchase makes me a genius and a man to my wife... Its a simple, well run site, with all the info available prior to my purchase. I do like their simple style of enterprise.
