2 hour delivery scam

You guys really need to fix your customer service when it comes to the 2 hour delivery orders online. Your customer service representatives don't know anything. I used multiple cards while trying to process my order but they all kept saying I was putting in the wrong card information when in fact I was not. Then your customer service person says it must be a mistake on my end or that I don't have the funds (which I did have funds on all three of my cards) and to call my bank. Well I do that and the bank said it's a problem on your guys side because my cards where fine and the information I was putting in was correct ‍ just ended up ordering the products on Amazon and low and behold my card worked perfectly fine.

The discount digits that was given to me was invalid. I contacted customer service to give me a 15% discount for my order. I was told that a discount cannot be applied after I put the purchase through. Sally's support customer service ought to give me a discount especially for the trouble I had trying to put in an invalid code.
Poor customer service. Don't purchase online orders!

I don't even know where to begin with this review. First off, when I went to use my gift card online I was receiving an error message. After 4 store visits and multiple calls to customer service, I was informed the gift card had to have a 4 digit pin instead of 3 digits. Not sure why they would have different gift card options for in store vs online purchases? After waiting a week to receive the correct gc in the mail, I placed the online order since the sally stores did not sell the products I was looking for. After 2 weeks of not receiving my order I checked the tracking to find it was returned to sender because one of the products exploded in the box. I called customer service and they informed me I cannot purchase hair care online as it is hazardous while transportation. Why does Sally's have an online presence if the products are bound to explode during transport? I am going on 3 months now of trying to use my gift card to receive my order. Will absolutely never shop here again to say the least.

Just found out a Sally's is closing in my neighborhood. I've lived in this area for over 20 years and slowly but surely watched store close only to relocate in non proverty areas. The location Hamilton Rd. In Columbus, Ohio I am heart broke due to my profession as a stylist now it means I have to travel further for supplies. First a pandemic, then cost of everything sky rocket to the point you want customers to pay for bags. It's shameful and disgraceful. God help us all. Sign Disappointed

DALLAS WAS AMAZING!

Yesterday afternoon I found myself in need of some products from Sally's in Crossroads Pkwy.
Due to some health issues I called ahead and asked if I could do curbside. A lady by the name of Dallas answer the phone. She was very eager to help me and very professional and kind. I want to say that it was an extremely pleasant and helpful experience! I want to thank Dallas and her team assisting me in getting exactly what I needed! Thanks again!

Never received my order

Be wary of ordering from this company online. They sent my order to a random address that was not even in the state I live. When I emailed them about it they stated they were not responsible for wrong addresses and there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed.

How is this company still in business

For the last 5-6 years sally beauty has gone down hill. Service is terrible, are they going out of business? That they can't put/keep any product on the shelves. Bogo and you only have 1? I have gone into Sally's 3-4 times in the last two years and to be honest if I didn't use hair color from there I would not ever go back.

I went to Sally's in Bixby Knolls Long Beach CA. Absolutely horrid customer service. Shelves empty and staff very disinterested. Not able or just unwilling to promote anything.

Wrong price

I went to the Sally's beauty supply. Store#866 located on Monroe st. In the plaza with Hobby lobby. I tried to purchase a straight razor in which the sale price specified said $8.99. After the clerk rang it up, it rang up as $26.99. I explained that the price was labeled $8.99. I even walked with the manager "Trisha" to the aisle and showed her what the retail price said. She informed me that the razor was put in the wrong spot. Note this case is locked, so the only way this could've happened was from an employee. Long story short Trisha said she couldn't give me the retail price that was initially represented. I asked for her name and store number. She began to get irritated and very rude. She even started vaping right behind the counter! I will never visit this establishment again. Needless to say, i went to Lee's beauty supply and bought a razor for $4.99. Check cameras from 12:25p to 12:28.

I wont ever buy from Sally Beauty again

I placed on order for over 50 dollars to save on shipping charges, some product was not available and did not ship.

So now they are charging me shipping...

I've worked in the shipping industry for years and this is not right. I would never do this to a customer

The hair color destination? From Hell?
So having bleach blonde hair level 10, I went to Sally Beauty #3354

*******810 for advice, find they have all new employees that have no idea what they are talking about. I was looking for a toner to create a more unified look for my hair. My white hair grays and super light blond. The color they sold me to put on my hair was an ugly green color. WRONG! They do not know about color filling. I went to the store to express my disappointment with the product. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. The employee called her via video call and did not even take the time to see my face; she kept repeating that she needed the empty packages. WHO KEEPS THE PACKS AFTER USING THE HAIR COLOR? I was not looking to get my money. That was the least of my worries. The most important thing has been not satisfied with the results and the moral discomfort of going around with ugly hair colors that turn out muddy green. They argued that it would be fine; you could wait for the color to fade. If I only knew they did not care about their customer's satisfaction. WOW!
No wonder the reviews are so bad for this company.
I guess they are just to it; the bad reviews that do not care about the customer or the results of their mistakes are not consequences.
THE SLOGAN IS COLOR DESTINATION... FROM HELL

Bad customer service

I recently purchased an oster 76,1st time I ever stepped foot in this store. The problem was I didn't realize it until I looked everything over the next day. When I opened up my oster 76 it was full of hair, the handle was dirty, the blade cap was also full of oil that had turned brown. Disgusting, who know what germs and diseases were on that thing. When I went to the store that night I was treated like it was an inconvenience, the assistant manager was huffing under her breath and never apologized for my trouble. Made me like I didn't matter. Very unprofessional. Would not refund me my purchase back to my credit card. Only would give instore gift Card credit.part of my return got put back on a gift card they threw away the day before. Would not makebit right, would not fix there mistake. Customer service and corporate was a joke all I got was an apology and a 20 percent coupon. When I told the store assistant manager I would never shop here again, she said good, good really wow that says alot about her true character. I will tell everyone i know about this store. The thing I don't get is why should I have to pay for there mistake. They sold me a used dirty, disgusting store item.My first impression of this Cicero NY store location is destroyed.

I made a purchase and due to items being out of stock it says my order couldn't be processed, then I get a message from my bank saying a purchase was made with the amount. I check my bank and the money is now pending and unavailable, this has happened to me before ordering online with another company but it's such an inconvenience now I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back.

So having bleach blonde hair level 10 I go into Sally beauty for advice like i have always done to find they have all new employees that have no idea what they are talking about. I know with my hair color that i need to have color fillers Due to loss of pigmentation from bleaching The color they sold me is a wella color charm 6BC mudslide told me to just put this on my hair with no color filling. WRONG! Two different stores ( Sally Beauty) said the same. Neither knew about color filling. Needless to say I am returning this product. They argued that it would be fine. If I were to use it, it would turn out muddy green. WOW!

Refund policy is not correct brought item 6/17 2022 returned on 8/17 2022 reg stated i was one day late 6/17 to 8/17 is 60 no matter how u look at it. Excuse was given that there are 31 days in june not my fault didnt make the month

Worst place to shop. The girls dress unprofessional they always seem to talk when I look at them for help they look away go back talking or either on their phones. I will never be shopping here ever again …
There is this girl with pink hair has a dog while working that should not be allowed unless it's service. Wearing unprofessional clothing etc..

Two days ago, I made an online purchase for the first time and chose the two hour delivery option, only to call customer service shortly after, to find out what time my order would be delivered, only to be told that the store on Cottman Avenue in Philly had system glitches and that they won't be able to ship my order and noone reached out to say this. So, I told them to cancel my order and refund my money, only to find out the next day that they didn't refund all of my money which was the shipping and it was $3.20 short. So, just know that this will be the very first and last time, I would be buying any of your products. I felt like I had to post a review to let others know what you all do at SALLY BEAUTY.

I'm a newbie on hair so I asked one of the ladies that works there for help on hair developer and hair dye and she gave me the worst possible items I used them and thought this is great got it professionally done and the developer was absolutely $#*! not only expired but wasn't even right for my hair dye she gave me I'm so pissed off the absolute worst help ever
