This is what my experience is. I had a cancel my flight ticket. Initially told out of 2200 $ ticket for 2 person, they will refund 1600$ and then said more 280$ per person i.e. 560$ extra and now saying in one transaction bank will charge for 2 person more 33$. This is bull$#*!. It has been more than 3 weeks, I haven't received my money. They are saying bank takes time to refund whereas bank only takes max of 2 days.
This is a fraud. Beware

Your Ellie chatbot is useless. I asked for help. No response for over 5 minutes. You shouldn't use a useless chatbot. They followed up after maybe half an hour with a phone call and addressed the issue.

I had paid for a booking and all of the sudden I had another amount taken off my card which I only use to pay for my flights, this means that my information got stolen and now I've lost money because of them
Cheap and really friendly customer service. They care about you
Ticket booked. It was hard to get my ticket as scholar trip cancelled my first booking that I had and I had to book another one with higher prices. This one is confirmed and It better not get cancelled.
