It took a while to figure out how to get the information that I needed, but it was worthwhile in the end. The action items that I tired from Score Builder never yielded any results other than negative comments from creditors that basically said "not our fault", but the ranking of points to be gained by paying individual accounts down was worthwhile.

Easy to sign up and I got one credit report but never saw any change to my number so I quit.
