Denise was a great help helping me find my scrubs going over and beyond with everything I asked. Without any complaints.
Watch out if you purchase online! They rejected a return because of a small deodorant line that I easily rubbed off! The customer service folks said the warehouse has last say and there's nothing they can do. Now I have two tops that don't fit. What a waste of money.
Sales people were friendly saying hi, finding everything ok? When asked a question it seemed I was getting on her nerves. In fitting room I was asked how's it going? I asked for XL shirt of specific brand and never received. Lack of kindness and sales help in Westland walked straight out of store to shop someplace else. Online
Ordered 3 pairs of scrub pants and 3 scrub tops. Recd. 1 pair of pants and 3 tops. Expedited shipping dollars 24.+ dollars. Called 2 pants on backorder with no date of availability? The customer service employee spoke with her manager... they will refund me 8.00 on expedited shipping? Really this will be last time ordering from scrubs and beyound, have had similar issues w/ them before. Would have liked to have known about back order purchasing. Just another sh*tty company with poor customer service
You have two amazing ladies in this store Jeannine and Vera. They have great customer service they were very helpful with everything I needed today I will be returning back at this store all the time for my scrubs

I went to the Totowa store. Janine was SO helpful and SO nice. She helped me find everything I was looking for. She was very patient and pleasant. I would highly recommend this store and Janine is the BEST!
I received the scrub top. Tried it on and it was a little too snug for me. I lose clothes. I sent it back and haven't heard a thing so I emailed them yesterday. Their reply was that they are sending the item back because it had dog hair on it and the tags had been cutting off. #1 Dog hair can be removed. If you own it dog you're going to have dog hair. It wasn't covered in it butter there might have been a hair or two. #2 I did cut off the tags to try it on but I sent the tags along with the top. They could very easily put them back on. Very lame customer service. I like UA uniforms. They're nicer and less expensive AND THEY ARE NICER.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I have sent you an email to discuss this issue. I agree that just cutting the tags and some pet hair is not a reason for a return not to be accepted.
