Usually get the orders within half an hour after payment. Usually delays are due to third parties which can't be controlled by SEAGM. Customer service are usually helpful and accommodating. Minus 1 star as loyalty rewards are pathetic. Have reached the highest member tier long time ago but it doesn't bring along any benefits at all for literally all of my orders.
I highly recommend it becase it is the best source for gift cards in all countries!

I bought V-PRECA prepaid card when I received credit card number it had LETTERS totally different from the all numerical credit card number I should receive therefore I cannot redeem it. After contacting their obviously automated "live" Support they just keep telling me to fill a form I did but I'm pretty sure management did not check it. Sad, all they had to do was check my concern but instead they rely too much on their automatic service. If you (reader) came from google searching if this site is legit, it is 50% but if something goes wrong expect little to no help from them so I suggest avoiding this site.

Code purchased, put into the Switch and told it's not a valid code. Verified with Nintendo, it's not a code that was already used, it's not even formatted like their codes, they assume it was just made up on the spot.

They sold the used psn payment card for $ 50. They don't admit their guilt, they don't return the money. They promised to solve the problem in 5 days, but a week has passed and nothing has changed. Don't trust them.

Being a loyal customer won't excuse yourself from receiving a used code. And they dare say it was"valid" when the game support evidently stated it was redeemed THREE DAYS PRIOR my purchase.
I took back my 5 star because this result is beyond disappointment, I overlooked the case with a $25 code because it was difficult to consult with the other game - it's a bunch of stupid fck as well. But this time, you cannot lie.

They refunded the amount, I am grateful, but it definitely took persistence and independent consultation with the game support, how else would have it resulted if i took no precaution? I am glad Roblox Game Support cooperates and actually provided important details like when the code was redeemed and the account name.

I was going to buy some gift cards from this site, but there was a problem with PayPal transaction that had no problem so far, so I inquired about the custom service. At first, they told me to match my cell phone authentication and address and try again, but I was rejected as expected. So when I asked what the problem was, I asked the custom service to try again and if it didn't work out, take a picture and send me the screen in question. I tried again, but it was rejected, and I sent a picture, but I couldn't do it as I was told. It's because the card is a problem, so I tried two personal cards again, not the first business cards I used, but they were rejected, and three of my cards were now suspected of being stolen from the bank and were suspended. A day before using this site, I bought 100 dollars by card at Game Stop and 10 minutes ago I bought some food at Jack In The Box. There's nothing wrong with my card. But this dirty site kept asking me to use another card because it was a problem, and eventually I was angry.
It's the worst site ever. Anyone who reads this article should never use this site.

I'm beginning to think that this website is a sick joke, a very very bad prank.
The website suspended my account three times for no reason at all. Contacted customer support via livechat to get my account back. Got greeted with just Autobot messages. Got my account back anyway, ok no big deal.
I then try to purchase an iTunes gift card at a small amount ($15), got denied every single time it redirects back to their website. I have contacted support livechat for 3 times. Still the same messages pasted over and over by autobots.
All my info has been checked out and verified. I have waited days and days to retry payment. I have ONLY ONE payment option available (yet the bot keeps saying try another payment option). I have attempted smaller transactions. NOTHING WORKS. Payments just fail.
I will NEVER do business with this site again.

First the site denied my Paypal payment two times, so I contacted customer support to resolve the issue and they said to wait. I waited, but I just tried to login and it says my account was suspended. This sounds sketchy to be honest. Will never buy from them again.
