I ordered an expensive coat which was reduced but still pricey it arrived wothout the belt, I contacted them and was initially advised to keep it and they would request a replacement belt to be sent out. Great was well happy. Day's later told they couldn't do that as the next customer would have sane issue! Ah ok great!

Thieving c**ts. Ordered a hoodie and was sent gloves. Customer service are useless, liars and thieves. I wouldnt be sad if they were wiped out. I would really enjoy breaking bones if I met these asshats. Stay well away from this "company". It needs to be shut down and its employees either massively fined or put in jail. Ill need to go through legal channels to retrieve the money Im owed as this company will not refund me or send out the correct item. Employees of this company need to ask questions of themselves if they are happy to work with such a dishonourable, filthy, deceptive, lazy and thieving business. I despair that reprobates such as the CEO, managers and employees such as those of Secret Sales exist in the world. Must be $#*! to be hated by so many people and to live your life as a deceptive lazy asshat.

I ordered 2 items that were related. They had the size and color I wanted and it was a simple step to buy and to pay with PayPal. The items arrived in a relatively short time, highly recommend.

When i contacted the melbourne secret sales via facebook to enquire as the the over $200 worth of orders i had purchased i understood that the likely hood of her replying emediatly was quite slim as it is friday night she did reply how ever with a great deal of attitude didnt offer to look into it just gave excuses about covid. And when i pressed her on my orders her respond was... OMG!... the emails i gad recieved when i made my orders was that my orders would be sent in the week of 10/01/2022 its now friday no communication no tracking number when i asked about this she was rude and clearly didnt care about the customers concerns kept going on about how it was midnight once again i easnt expecting her to reply tillmonday but since she did i didnt feel its wrong to ask further about my order... please do not buy from this company they only care that they get your money not about you as a customer!

You can only make contact with this company via email, they promise a response within 24 hours... it doesn't happen. Order still showing as processing, no tracking and no response to my emails requesting information of my order's whereabouts. Anyone that doesn't receive refunds should not just leave a bad review on this site but take action, as I shall be doing. Pursue this company for acting fraudulently and do not simply accept that you have lost money. They need to understand that their company will be ultimately found out; their unscrupulous way of doing business will be uncovered.

Utter rip off customer service is none existant they are email handlers at best, I returned my stuff ages ago still no refund and the nuggets on email are still searching to lean how to open the inbox, luckily it is school holidays and the kids will be off so us poor customers might get some answers as the kiddys can show the parents how to use the computer.

I ordered boots for 90£ and they took the money then never dispatched the boots. After a long wait I emailed secret sales and they ignored me. Thank fully I had paid using PayPal, so I raised a refund request with them and PayPal got me my money back the same day. Without PayPal, I think I'd have lost my money entirely. Don't use SecretSales, it's not reliable or safe.

I have not used this site before and was a little cautious as to how it would be, good or not so good. However it was excellent. Helpful staff over payment, excellent slippers, well packed and have no problem in using it again.

First of all; the boots that I received have clearly been used by someone else before and sold to me as "NEW"!
Returned them straight away on the same day with post PAID BY ME (tracked and signed for). I can see that the boots were received on the following day.
TWO WEEKS later still waiting for a refund!
ALL my emails were ignored and there is no phone number to speak to a person!
THIEVES!
You MUST give me my money back!

Just had a terrible experience with Secret Sales and would recommend staying clear of them. Terrible customer service and no thought for the customer to sort out the problem, and just hid behind being a reseller despite them taking my money and making their cut from my purchase. Not using again!

Despite receiving and signing for my return there has been no response regarding my refund! Despite several emails! You cannot speak with anyone on the phone either

Ordered my daughter some trainers they arrived and were too small so looked at returns policy and I had to pay I also don't have a printer so went onto live chat to get a response of well that's not our problem I said well I'll just chick £32 away then she then replied okay! Absolutely ridiculous having to pay to return something I've never had to before so I've literally had to throw them away as you can't even exchange them won't be shopping on there again!

I purchased items that never arrived and so after making enquiries have found out that the items will not be arriving. They assured me of a full refund via email correspondence, I have been waiting for this full refund for over a month now and they just do not respond to any emails! Absolutely appalling customer service, they just don't respond and they still haven't given my money back. The most annoying thing is there is no phone number to contact!

Hello I ordered 3 item products from your site I received 2 products not 3 is missing 1 product please solve the problem item cost 150£ I not buy no more from secret sales finish site not serious

The package arrived opened and one item is missing. After painfully long conversations with the Customer Service, the rest of the parcel arrived after two weeks. Because the garment arrived much later than when I expected to wear it, I asked for a free return BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLIED. Again, I will contact my bank for this disservice on their behalf. They are a ridicolous and totally unprofessional company!
