I called about my order after 3 days to find out why it hadn't shipped and was told that the DVR was back ordered. I decided to purchase else where and when I called back the same day to have the DVR removed from the order and was told the order would ship complete with the DVR that afternoon. There was no communication to me as to why the order was not shipped in a timely manner. I understood that the order would ship within 1 business day.

Best CCTV company ever and Heath in support is the man! I enjoy spending thousands of dollars with you guys because it is such a pleasure to do business with real professionals!

Note to potential buyers: don't bother shopping around with other companies! Security Camera Kings are the best in the industry and the equipment is super easy to setup and runs perfectly. Just do yourself a favor and buy from these guys. You will not regret it.

This is our Second purchase from Techpros, we first purchased a 32 channel DVR back in June, with 24 cameras, 1000' of Cable and connectors, and power supplies, the HDDS are the only thing we have had to keep replacing, TechPros replaced 1 HDD and 1 Camera free. We are a 502 store and our needs are constantly changing and increasing. Thank You guys for what you provide at what cost you provide it at. -Joshua Miller WA 502 Store Owner. The only part about this order that I wasn't very jazzed about is that when I connected my microphones to the DVR I do not get playback sound through the existing HDMI Output, apparently you need to hook the output up to a receiver and select between channels to hear the audio. Hopefully the sound from the Microphones is recorded onto the DVR's Hard drives. Overall satisfaction 4 out of 5 The audio issue was more mine than Tech Pros.

My complaint is that I never really got a credit card receipt for my purchase so I had issues reconsiling my expense report and had to use my order confirmation as a receipt to try to meet my companies requirements.

I guess my approach was acceptable as my expense report has not been rejected yet!
