Website checkout and account management is a little strange and buggy.

Fair prices. Quick shipping. Be prepared to not see any updates on your order status until AFTER your items arrive. If you email SCK they'll send you a tracking number but I just wish they behaved like virtually every other ecommerce website on the planet and update the order status ASAP and send you an email with the tracking number.

Website caught me in an endless loop. Edited shipping/billing but could not click checkout. Had to clear cache and start over. Order says completed.

As a camera purchasing novice who was trying to match up existing cameras by shape and look only, I found the shopping slightly confusing, but I powered through it and got what I needed, in time, for what seems to me to be a fair price.

You need better quality control/final inspection. Three of the four cameras I purchased were fine, but one camera was not assembled properly. The camera lens was not centered in the opening and is partially hidden behind the ring. I know that fixing it myself will void any warranty.

Never a problem with camera king, best place to get security needs fulfilled.
