Over the last 4 years I have purchased all of my security products from Security Camera King. I have been extremely satisfied with my transactions on all levels. I am a "Do It myself" kind of guy, having retired from the computer industry several years ago. When I needed Help, their support line has been fantastic. When I needed Products, I ordered them on-line and got them usually within a week.

I am a snowbird and live in Smokey Mtns in the Summer and Florida in the winter months. I can monitor my cabin 24/7 with my system. The challenge I have is the power going out during some of the winter storms and the fact that I am a MAC user.

These DVRs are premium and have options that low priced DVRs don't even mention, like intelligent searches for things that happen. Without that, a lot more time is needed to review and find what happened after an occurrence.

And the company is here in the US and can speak English as a first language. That alone is a big deal as most of the others are made and sold from the Chinese and support is very sparse to the point of normally being worthless. They also want us to be happy with our purchase, like me, and come back for more.

I found exactly what i wanted. Prices were very very competitive with the market. Camera,s i purchased were of good quality with awsome clarity. Im debating replacing my other working camera,s because quality is far superior than what i have. Eric my salesman was very informative to my needs. Did not, i repeat did not try to up sell me with more expensive camera,s that i dont need. Thanks Eric! Shipping was fast, 3 days from the west coast to miami for free. How do you beat that. Next there was a installation question with settings on camera, the tech dept were very helpful and patient with me providing all the time i needed to help at no cost to me. And no i dont work there, i race cars. I will no longer have to waste time web searching, they are now my one stop shop. Thanks all for taking time to read my review.
