1. If you decide to give a guy living outside of your country a chance, always video chat.
2. Here are tell tale signs of someone lying about their personal information.
3. If their photos look different or younger than the person you are seeing on a video call, it means they are either married or with someone and deliberately chosing older photos.
4. If their surroundings never change i. E. they always call you from the same location, cafe, bedroom then it is because they don't want others in their household to know what they are upto, more importantly you to discover they are with someone. I took Select Shaadi package

Reasons for which i feel i have been cheated:

1. I have been promised that services are being provided from Hyderabad and Mumbai (I asked in the first place that the Relationship Manager should be a Born and Brought up Telugu person so that they will understand what are our requirements and can assess which partner can be suitable for us w. R. t community, place etc.;)

2. Rahim the sales guy who contacted us said that he may not guarantee that Relation manager can be from Hyderabad initially, but if we were allocated with Relationship Manager from other location i can submit a request to change the Relation Manager from Hyderabad and it will be done. (This promised communication has been broke as there is no service at all in Hyderabad)

3. We have been assigned Sulochana Koli as Relation Manager from Mumbai who is not a Telugu native speaker and i immediately raised a concern to Rahim asking to change the Manager with Telugu Native speaker from Hyderabad, but he convinced me to give a try as she is an expert for 2 weeks and if i'm not happy i can request for a change of RM from Hyderabad. I raised a Telephonic complaint to change the RM and there has been no resolution for 20-25 days unless with some useless calls to know the reason (We are cheated again here as Sulochana has no knowledge on what are the Telugu local communities, poor convincing skilss, less experience, she's not a fluent Telugu speaker and she is sending us the matches without checking the partner preference where our community is not their preference which has clearly resulting in the rejections, based on these how the Hell you can say She's an expert and matches are handpicked - What is the point of taking the Assisted service)

4. After almost a month i received a call from Krishna (escalation Team) addressing the issue and in conclusion he said there will not a Refund, Could you please explain what right do you have to take my money with the Fake promises and cheating practices.

In conclusion Never Trust these Guys for Assisted Services.
