I thought i was only ordering one of each of the products i had picked to order but, after i clicked the button to buy i see a tiny times four in which I did not and would not buy that much product before trying. As soon as i seen 250+ dollars taken off my card I immediately emailed stating it was a mistake i only wanted one of each. I get a return email saying soory we take you of our site and shipped it all anyways.
Ordering two delivery was very smooth. I do have to say though from using the shampoo and conditioner in my hair definitely feels very oily and heavy. Is it ok to use a different shampoo once or twice a week?

Received the shampoos and conditioners,about 3wks. Ago I haven't seen any change as far as me losing my hair, am still losing a lot of hair,but it seems to have started to growing again. I just hope it will soon stop me from losing anymore hair.
I received my order within a few days, like within 3 or 4 days of placing it.
Wasn't able to speak to anyone but I left several messages and no one ever returned my call as the recording said that it would. As of right now I'm very disappointed because I'm being told that I'm getting a shipment again which I did not order and I did not request to be on auto-ship so therefore I'm very unhappy. I do not want with a ship of your product not because I don't like it but I just wanted to try it and make my decision based on my results. I'm also not in a position financially to be on auto-ship at this time. I actually just sent another email hoping that you got it stayed in my feelings about this issue. I called because my original order that I received for the conditioner was wrong. The representative immediately said he would send the correct one within a few days I received the order.
