Classic bait and switch

The picture on their website is soooo different from the hat that I received. Classic bait and switch. Very disappointed. The materials used to make the hat also look very cheap. Stay away from Fanatics products. Total crap.

Horrible Delivery

They try to scam you with shipping. My original order was $17. They wanted to charge me $15 just to ship one hat. That would've taken 3-5 days. Instead I chose their cheaper option which was $7. My hat has been sitting at UPS for 6 days. The most frustrating part is when I track it. Every single day for the past 5 days it says it'll be delivered tonight by 7pm. I still don't have the hat. It now says it'll be delivered tomorrow. In the days of next day shipping with Amazon NHLshop.com is gonna take two weeks to deliver a hat. You can see my original order from 7/10. The customer service rep said, "You can return it if you're not happy." How can I return something I never received? You can do so much better, NHLshop.com

I contacted Fanatics about a damaged item that I ordered. Cristin contacted me and immediately addressed the item and sent me a new item. I was surprised at the amazing customer service received and would order again from Fanatics because of how professionally I was treated by Fanatics and their representative Cristin.

Have a NHL hockey jersey with the shoulder patches and name on the back, cost over £200 and they're refusing a refund/return.

Got offered 10% back, I said yes then saw more damage and now they're trying to fight this.

I read some horrible reviews about NHL ship unfortunately after I had already purchased my product, a 2022 Calgary Flames home jersey. Luckily, the product I received was in great condition, exactly as I wanted. It did arrive about 4 days after the expected delivery date, but after reading some of the reviews I had been worried I would never get it at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. Apart from the delayed arrival, no complaints at all.

TERRIBLE, WHAT is with the baby tees in a men's large! Then a men's sm is a youth small. Fanatics Brand don't buy unless you are the shape of a sheet of paper. They sd will give you 30% off n a shipping label.
A) I'm not going to re-buy the shirts that don't fit
B) Regardless of return label costs money to return with GAS PRICES! Time n energy!

Great service!

First, a 5-star for Cristin. Second, a 3-star for NHL overall. I've spent a ton of money on Kraken gear, my biggest purchase being an autographed jersey. NHL delayed shipment four times saying it was for "COVID" reasons, this excuse went on from October to April. This jersey still to this day shows as "available and will ship in 46 business days." I finally called after the fourth delay and Debbie ensured I would receive communication from the Sports Memorabilia Department. The next day, Cristin reached out to let me know it was actually an issue with the athletes not coming together for signatures. As ridiculous as that was, she actually was able to get an upgraded autographed jersey sent the next day. She checked in periodically to ensure it was received.
I am impressed with Cristin's (and Debbie) customer service skills! The NHL shop, not so much.

My husband ordered an item for our daughter from the website. His Paypal was charged but he nenver received the order confirmation. After numerous correspondence with PayPal and the NHLshop.com, he still received no items or refund. A couple of years later, a similar situation happened to my sister, who ordered a birthday gift for my daughter. Her Paypal was charged but there was no confirmation email or item. Terrible experience. We will never purchase anything from this website again. Fanatic is a more reliable website for shopping hockey stuff.

Ordered Jan 20

I ordered a jersey Jan 20 2022. It is Feb 28 2022. It still has not shipped. It was suppose to be here by March 1st. This is suppose to be a birthday present for March 3. I thought I had ordered with enough time. Clearly not. Not happy nothing has been done I've been on the phone twice trying to figure it out and it still hasn't helped.

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a Christmas present in October. I received the vest with the numbers reversed. I had to send it back. I ordered a second one. On December 5th. Supposed to receive on January 28. Postponed to February 14. And I even received a message TODAY that they were canceling my order because they no longer had the item I ordered TWO MONTHS ago! In addition, for the inconvenience, they give you a promo code that only works with a limited number of items! NEVER AGAIN! Atrocious service!

Placed an order for 5 shirts on Dec 17th. I got one of the shirts before Christmas. The other 4 shirts arrived on January 27th, literally 41 days later.

The shirts came in and they were piss poor quality. Rough, not stretchy shirts. Logo on one of them was off centered by 3/4 of an inch. NHL logo completely faded on one of them but the most ridiculous part was that the colours were SOOOO off. I ordered 4 Toronto maple leafs shirts and they came in two completely different shades of blue.

I can't believe these are official.

Horrible customer service

Do not buy anything from NHLSHOP.com! They are awful. I placed an order and absolutely nothing was done with it for 6 weeks. I checked in with them when the item was supposed to arrive in a week. I never received any communication from them, but the next time I checked the status of my order, they moved the delivery date back 2-3 weeks (see attached). They then sent me an e-mail that same day saying that it was pushed back 10 days (see attached). I tried to cancel and they make you go thru the worst virtual "assistant" ever. They offered to let me speak to an agent and when I said that I would like to, they said that all agents were too busy and I had to go to FAQ's. They offered an option to speak to an agent again then again said that the agent was too busy over and over and over again. I'm doubting if I'll ever get my order before the season ends. I'm concerned about the quality of the item that I will receive. Apparently these guys need 10+ weeks to process a custom jersey. I should have let grandma do it when she offered.

I placed an order in early December, fully understanding there could be a delay in shipping due to the holidays. As I was still waiting I kept getting emails reminding me the item was available. Late December there was a tracking notice that the package was damaged but no communication from the shop. Date of delivery passed early January, I contacted customer service and was informed it was lost in shipping. They agreed to resend, now scheduled for mid February. Please do not give these people any money.

Horrible!

Not surprised to see the poor ratings. Supposed to be a Christmas gift. It's now Jan 11th - the shipping changed and now it shows it "will be" delivered yesterday! No way to reach anyone by phone. Service online just says if it shipped they can't do anything. So now what? I have to pay shipping twice so I can return it to you? No! FedEx is a mess. Find another carrier. Horrible service! You're in FL. I'm in AZ. Inclement weather where?
You need to find a better way to communicate with your customers.
