I am new to shopathome and so far hate it. I bought allyou magazine form magazine. Come because shopatehome give 60% rebate back on 8/9 and I bought it on 8/9 and now under my account it said bought 8/10 and only get 28% back. That a lot different. I would like to get 60% that was promised at the time of buying. I even got email from magazine. Com telling me I bought it at 8/9.

Feel like I been cheated on my first shopping

I purchased a dishwasher from Sears through Shopathome when they were having a promotion of 20% cashback on all purchases through Sears, which would have equated to about $120 cashback! Guess what, cash back never showed up. I emailed their customer service numerous times without ever getting a response. SCAM. Will be taking my business to another affiliate website like Fatwallet. Much more reputable.

My first check was lost in thin air for over 1 month but after contacting customer service couple times. They've had research and reissued my check. I will continue to shop at their site.

I have had nothing but good look look with shop at home, they have always given me back rebates. If I have any issues I send them a email, they get, right back to me. I have gotten back quite a few dollars back through them. One thing you need to watch out for is not all companies will give you rebates for things you buy, you need to read the coupons.

ShopAtHome is scamming me as well; getting $0.02 credit for an $8.00 credit item because I clicked in the wrong place an the advertisement; don't understand this at all. Others I am receiving zero credit and receiving no response to my e-mails other than the first "we'll look into it" but I never receive that followup resolution.

There are a lot better and honest sites out there.

Once my rebate account reached $35, suddenly the balance dropped to $0 and he never received a check. BEWARE! THEY ARE CHEATING!

Don't waste your time they cheat you for half your rebates ad it will be the large purchas ones. Don't wate your time!

Rebate on shopping is for real! - I joined Shopathome, not really believing they would actually send me money back. I received my first check from them. It really is legitimate. You go to their site, and from there, go to the site you want to make a purchase. You are credited with a % of money back. Ranges from 1% to 20% back on your purchases. I make all my on-line purchases through them now.
