I have reached out 3 times about my socks and nothing from customer support, I've called number and one rings the other is busy, I want a refund because they advertise a sock but send you something totally different look at pic and I got tie dye socks.
I absolutely adore using Socky Sock! Their cozy and comfortable socks have become a staple in my wardrobe, keeping my feet warm and stylish all day long. I feel like I'm walking on clouds when wearing them, and I can't imagine returning to regular socks. Thank you, Socky Sock!
I bought a couple of pairs of socks from Socky Sock a month or so ago, and they are nice enough socks. I think the elastic is already starting to loosen on one pair, but overall I like these fun socks. Today, I received another coupon in the mail for buy one get one free. I picked two more pairs, and at checkout I was told that this coupon had already been used. I guess they mean on the previous order that had entirely different coupon that they sent me. If I can't use the second coupon, then why did you mail me another one? I am going to assume from now on that all coupons I receive in the mail from them is a duplicate that I will be denied the opportunity to use, and I will toss it in the trash. Probably won't be buying anything else from them because of this.

Socky socks are the best socks ever and here's why. I have really sweaty feet and socks with a lot of cotton are the only things that make them not smell. The next reason the are the greatest is because I am a dancer. Constantly being on dance floors with slippery socks sucks and I don't want to have to take them off either. Socky socks are the perfect mix between grip and slippery. They slide when I need them to and the grip when I need them to. Lastly they look fantastic. The vibrant colors, fantastic designs, from A-Z they are the best socks out there. Have bought them before and will buy them again 10/10

I LOVED Socky socks. Every delivery was like Christmas morning. I can't wait to see what was sent. They have an awesome range of different kinds. I was a little upset to find out my monthly subscription changed 10-2021 and I didn't know until 9/2022.
Although it took longer than I had initially expected, I was informed early on after I ordered that there was a delay in shipment. On the plus side, I had forgotten what I had all ordered, so it was like getting Christmas gifts from myself.
I placed my order in the end of May and still have not received it. I emailed last week and was told they are moving to please have patience. I feel they have had adequate time to fill and ship my order or at least reach out to Mr and tell me what us going on without me having to inquire.
Ordered socks, no email no communication! I had to file with PayPal and a month later my order came in. Never buy again! You've been warned
It took over a month for them to even respond to me and they still didn't have one pair of socks to fill my order and wanted me to wait longer. I don't think this is a legit company.
I ordered 3 pairs of socks, the money was taken out of my account and the confirmation email was sent. 3 weeks later I have still not received an updated email, no socks have been sent and the email address for support keeps bouncing back to my inbox. Would love to have some communication to find out what is happening and potential refund

I placed an order on May 31 and the socks still have not shipped. If there is a problem, I would appreciate some contact from the company so I can be more understanding. I hope I get my order soon.
These socks are best (sock lover) Soft, thick and fun! Definitely purchasing more.
Last year I bought a surprise package and got some great Christmas gifts. This year I ordered a seasonal package and 2 extras. Again I received good quality, colour fast items to delight my friends. I'll be ordering from this company even more often in future.
Socky Sock has a huge variety of patterns and images for all likes. They fit great and feel great. Definitely a repeat customer. High quality. No pilling or snagging.
