Order a cvt belt on the 3rd of August from this business on account of its advertised free 1-5 day shipping. On the 8th i checked the status of my order and all it read was processing. I contacted their customer support via text and after waiting 15 minutes for a response the answer i got was that they didn't have it in stock but was getting it from another business and apparently there was a shortage of what I ordered so basically they took my money and was middle maning my purchase it is now the 10th and still no update other than processing. On the 13th of every year i have a annual birthday ride with 30+ friends and family this year will be canceled due to bad business!
I ordered my brake pads, which I desperately needed, one day and 2 days later, I was installing them, I have ordered many things online and can only remember one other time my item was received so quickly!
