Order #SB*******

Not happy at all, i returned 2 items with return label provided, I keep getting the run around about how I need to call USPS, now UPS. They tell me I need to contact seller. Basically package never got to them even this says delivered on UPS and skims is saying they haven't received, how is this my problem when using there return shipping label, this is super frustrating. Tired of reading the automative emails, I just Guess I won't be getting a refund nor do I have the items. Very disappointing. Not happy at all with skims. Don't order from this company!

After getting 5 items, I immediately put the other 4 back in the bag, and tried to return the very same day. Virtually no customer service whatsoever! Unable to reach anyone on the phone, the website portal does not allow the return and I tried several times. I finally emailed the company and received a generic response from someone who definitely did NOT even bother to read my email before writing her reply. Thanks for nothing Julia! After a third and final email I reached out to my CC Company to handle it. Seriously...just fix your website and answer your calls! For a company as big as Skims, it's not rocket science! I have tried other products that are Far Superior to Skims. I don't get the hype at all!

The thongs stretch out Terrible inferior fabric. A waste of money. Do not purchase not worth a penny

Horrible service they don't want to go out of their way to help, I have a return and they provide a return label but the merchandise Never made it back to them. UPS will not accept a claim from me. UPS needs the claim to be submitted by SKIMS but they are not willing to do that and they are not refunding for the merchandise that I shipped them. Horrible horrible service will never shop from them.

Worn twice and started to split really expensive for such poor quality

I ordered bras a month ago. I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company to no avail. I was ripped off for $50. Never again!

The dress is great but the sculpting thong is NOT! It looks great when you first put it on but the sculpting band just rolls down after a minute... Maybe it would work on someone with no stomach fat at all? Is it really considered shapewear though if that's the case?

The underwear also came with no hygiene label/strips on it, hoping it's not a used product.

Horrible! I'm so disappointed! I order a small jumpsuit (I'm always a size small) and I couldn't zip it up! I tried returning or exchanging it for a bigger size and customer service said their warehouse isn't set up for returns or exchanges and there's nothing they could do! What a joke! I've never had this poor of an experience with an online store, I feel like I've been ripped off!

After taking measurements (Instructions per SKIMS) I ordered a bra. The delivery time wasn't bad but the bra was WAY too small & the quality was so so. Returning was a hassle & they charge $6 for return or a store credit. I don't plan on buying anything more from them in the future so paid the $6.

I bought 3 different ones to try hoping that one would look good under my dress. Well I don't even know where to start. One of them that I really wanted to wear under some jeans as a one piece was completely see through. Another one didn't hold anything together even though I bought a size down thinking it would be nice and snug. But was like I was wearing nothing cause wasn't snug at all. And the last one that I really wanted to work was hilarious when I opened the package. It was the size of my arm! There was no way I could get a leg in that thing. Even after I followed the size guide. So I requested a return and sent all of them back. It has been a week now with no response to any email I have sent. And no refund yet. Says 5-7 days for refund. But now that I can't even get a reply after sending emails I'm wondering if I'm gonna get my return. I will never buy skims again. It's just a name that we r paying for not the product. I legit thought they would have been so much better but was wrong and will not spend that much again on these. I hope I get a response or a refund soon being that this is suppose to be a professional company

What a rip off. Was excited to wear a bandeau to a wedding. One hour into the wedding, the band completely rolled under my breasts. I also wore the high brief. This rolled completely down under my stomach. Rediculous for what I paid for and cannot wear again. No wonder Kim K is getting rich off of her customers.

I purchased the SCULPTING THONG HIGH WAIST… I was so excited, until I tried it on. I doesn't sculpt any part of my midsection. It's smooth because of the material, but I wasn't expecting to still see the rolls I was hiding. The hem on the top came apart. The material was cut as if someone cut up a pair of support stockings. I hate I can't return it. I have to go out and purchase something else. I was hoping for good results, but very disappointed.

As soon as I hit submit for my Skims order SB******* I noticed my address was incorrect. In seconds I contacted customer service. I knew I was in trouble when you could only reach customer service via text or email. No customer service phone number is a huge red flag. I reached out to both and provided my new address. At which point I received a response saying my order had already gone to the warehouse. What? How is customer service unable to process a simple address change within seconds of a purchase? Instead I was instructed to cancel the order and reorder. I sent a response immediately confirming I would like the order canceled. No response from Skims. I sent a response each day for 4-5 days now requesting cancellation of the order and Skims is not responding. Another red flag I mistakenly over looked is there aren't customer reviews of the website or FB page. It actually difficult to find places to write a review. Good business encourage and boast reviews. I'm disappointed to share Skims is a scam. Skims is unprofessional and lacks the ability to provide the most basic customer service relations. The only way to shut this illegitimate business down is to report it to the BBB so Skims can no longer process credit cards and has to shut down. I guess now that Kim is no longer on Kayne's payroll she's destitute to stealing from the low income and middle class. Isn't it ironic the company is called Skims? Shouldn't it be called Kimmy is Skimming again.

I personally think the SKIMS underwear is nothing different from what you can get at any underwear brand. However, I do really like their Fits Everybody tops and bodysuits.

Quality: The tops are a different material from the bodysuits and are more see through because they are one layer. Therefore, if you tend to go braless, I would recommend only getting darker colors in the tops. The bodysuits are double lined and feel really compressive!

Sizing: I would size down if you're between sizes for the tops and stick to your own size for the bodysuits. I'm usually a size 2/4 in tops and the XS fit great in the tops, S in the bodysuits.

I purchased a Skims bodysuit from Selfridges for the first time. Overall thoughts:
- great quality
- fairly pricey
- very minimal style
- easy to get in UK

I wish I could say I love the items but never received them. The items were shipped through UPS and handed off to USPS Mail Innovations and held at a local USPS facility (supposedly at my request) but the tracking number was not in the USPS system so even if I wanted to go pick it up, I didn't know which post office nor would I have had a tracking number that they could use to locate the item. I don't understand why a new company like SKIMS would take a chance on a JANKY second rate mail carrier. Makes no sense.
