Just wow! We had to return something to get a different version and they were great! We had an issue with an order, and they were great! My son loves their stuff, and their customer service has been outstanding.

Snowverb gear is the best I've ever bought. Love the cheeky hidden pocket in my jacket and the fit, style and quality is of the highest order. Honestly, my wife and I love it.

Fits well, I think you need to re-assess your size chart it took a 3xl to fit

Chart said I was a small, which I bought and it did fit but if you plan on wearing layers underneath, you need to go up a size. I returned the small and got a medium and it was perfect.

Fitted but will still be able to wear thermals and a light sweater underneath.

Purchased the coat for my young daughter who works in a cold environment.
She has indicated the coat is roomy enough to layer-up underneath while maintaining mobility, and is quite comfortable & warm.

As someone who is always cold, this coat has done its job!
Super soft lining inside that makes you want to snuggle up!
Warmer than my LL Bean and a better fit. Definitely will buy again!
