The chairs arrived on time and packed nicely in the box... they were fairly easy to put together and it came with its own tools. The only tricky part was making them level. For the money I am pleased with them.

Simply wonderful! If you are looking for a small, yet big enough this s the best thing you can get. You cannot bit this combination of high quality and such a cheap price. Very sturdy, the finish of the wood is so pleasant, smooth and pretty. I just love it.

I BOUGHT THIS CHAIR IN 2006, I THINK, & OTTOMAN FOR MESSAGING YOUR CALVES & FEET. I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA & THIS CHAIR HAS SAVED ME FROM A LOT OF PAINFUL EPISODES THAT I HAVE ON AN EVERYDAY BASIS. I LOVE THE DIFFERENT LEVELS & TYPES OF TECHNIQUE THAT IT HAS BUT I REALLY LOVE THE FAST & AGGRESSIVE TECHNIQUE. I HAVE EVEN FALLEN ASLEEP IN MY CHAIR ON THE FAST AGGRESSIVE TECHNIQUE. WOW NOW I GOTTA GO USE IT SINCE I AM TALKING ABOUT IT. BOTTOM LINE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITH OUT MY IJOY CHAIR.

Horrible... I wouldn't deal with them again for anything! After placing my orders, and they processed the payment, they tell me (a week later) that my items are not available, but the ones that are cost more or cost more to ship. Then, when I get incorrect items, their solution is for me to order it again, pay for it and the shipping AGAIN and promise to refund my money AFTER they receive the incorrect item back... which I have to PAY to ship back to them!
In my opinion, this sounds like bait & switch, or just plain old fashioned fraud!
