First off, great product! This is our second order, but we were disappointed with the shipping. We paid about $50 for overnight shipping when we ordered on Thursday, because we wanted to get the sign-up in time for the weekend. The order was delivered to a neighbor on Monday. The $50 overnight fee was a waste of money since it took 4 days.

This sign is Amazing! The shipping was super fast. The set up really easy. Quality Product! We hung it up right away and it made the place look like a movie set! We had it on all day and into the night. It didn't heat up. The material is good quality. So much better, easier, reasonably priced that real neon you would have custom made. Plus we can change the letters to make any word we want (with the letters we bought) I highly recommend this product.! My sign is DIVINE! We couldn't be happier! (this almost sounds like a made up review, it's too good, haha but it's true!) Thank you SpellBrite for letting us little guys (not rich or in the movie or bar business) have some fun luxuries for a change (and for a small amount of change) Thank you Thank you thank you! Fast ship, correct product, really nice quality product! Love the simplicity of the system and the quality. I also really like the different options for the function of the sign/letters. We started off by ordering one relatively small package. Management then decided to get a lot more, adding 5 more for a total of 6. Just last week, we ordered another sign, which will replace vinyl letters and allow changes easily. On the 2nd batch of 5 signs, we ended up with a problem. SpellBrite quickly got back to me to resolve the problem, and since I was going ahead and ordering another sign anyways, I suggested they include the replacement items in the box so there was only one shipment. Hopefully we don't have more issues except needing to order more.
Now that we had a issue that was customer service related, it just proves that this is a customer-oriented company. I chose a good company.
