SSL certificate supplied very quickly. The installation is a little tricky, but easy once you've done it once. And a great price for a wild-card certificate!
Instructional videos were very helpful. The website guide you through the whole process. Easy to understand and very affordable. It was the help that I really needed.
Very awkward
For a none techy, this process was not easy and pretty confusing

Upon purchasing my SSL cert, I was guided by easy instructions to install the cert myself. All working well.
It was pretty easy to set it up. However a good explanation of what the more expensive versions offer would be nice
It was overall a good experience. The only thing I wish I knew before purchasing was that the 5-year deal, while a great price, appears to be five 1-year certificates, and not one 5-year certificate. I will need to generate a new CSR each year and go through the process again.
The step by step instructions were very clear and make the process super easy
While installing I needed to submit a support ticket. My submission failed because order could not be found. I finally worked around my issue, but this failure needs to be fixed
