I purchased a waist trainer from stability pro and when I recieved it, it WAS nothing like described on there website. The material is horrible and can not train nobodies waist. A waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THERE MERCHANDISE IS HORRIBLE.

Never sent package ordered on may 28th never recieved confirmation of order... reported to the bbb... no response no order... nothing just wasted $51 during this crazy time... never again ordering online without reviewing... Do not be fooled please... be safe all!

This company is not reputable. I could kick myself for not reading the reviews before making a purchase. I found them on Groupon and assumed that the company was reputable. While placing the order, it starting offering me duplicate items at a discount, when I got my receipt I noticed I had received 2 of the items I wanted and a 3rd of an entirely different size and color. I immediately contacted Stability Pro to correct the order. They responded by saying that they couldn't do that but offered to sell the item as new, meaning they said I would still receive the item, and I received a 50% off code towards my next purchase. When I received my order, there were only the 2 items not the third, nor was their an adjustment on my bill. To makes matters worse the items were nothing like the ad. Even though I ordered according to their sizing chart the item was 3 times too small. When I go on their website I see where they claim they don't do refunds only exchanges but not on sales items. So I spent $56.00 and I have nothing. I normally use paypal, but this time I used my debit/credit card. I'm hoping I have options to recoup my losses. I have reached out to this company but based on the reviews and recent experiences I don't hold out much hope for things to work out in my favor. What a ripoff. How are companies like this even allowed to remain in business?

Duplicated my order and have not heard back from email or FB messenger. I am so mad I did not read the comments but I was so excited to finally try a waist trainer and one for my legs but got scammed instead. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM OR TIME! Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Typically I review my future purchases but unfortunately I did not research, my two waist trainers are nothing like the photos except in color. Poor quality latex thin and Velcro too small gauge and does not hold. Do not purchase anything from them

They advertise sun sleeves and that's what I thought I was ordering. It turns out it's very thin and tight. It's definitely not a sunscreen sleeve as I have one that's getting old. I emailed them several times and they have not responded you can't call them you get disconnected. Better Business Bureau has terrible reviews them. I should've known better although this is the first time I've ever gotten scammed. Usually I buy on eBay. Omg! I just noticed as I lay them out to take a picture that they're different lengths.

Worst Company Ever

No one answers emails, phone calls or text msgs (a method recommended by Stability Pro) to any questions or concerns. I disputed my purchase thru American Express, so at least I got some satisfaction they won't get paid. I was sent the wrong item. I was willing to try them out a 2nd time, but they won't respond to my 5 emails. This is a BS Company run out of some dirtbag's basement. Stay away from this company!

I am heated! I was so excited to get my waist trainer with the double Velcro belt. They advertise that it covers the whole torso! This was the cheapest material I've ever felt. It was supposed to be a 3x according to the chart. It was more like an extra small. So it definitely didn't cover the whole torso. I've been BAMBOOZLED! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for the BS y'all sold me. I want to cry but hey companies like this won't help so no need in crying. Lesson learned though smh. Ive gotten waist trainers before and this is the worst. I always wore a 2x but their chart said 3x. I couldn't even get it around to the front to try to zip!

I have tried for over 2 months to return an item that was broken no one will contact me no one will call me no one. I have repurchased that item at another place but I still want my money back. This is ridiculous. Never again.

Their online ordering is all screwed up! I tried to place an order and it did not go through. The little spinning thing just kept going around and around all day. Since I figured it was not working I tried again. Same thing happened with the second try. Two days later I get a confirmation for 2 orders. They won't take phone calls or live chat, I tried. Very frustrating! I explained what happened when I got the confirmation basically they said tuff $#*! we do not take returns.
Dishonest company. I would give 0 stars

Buyer Beware!

The Stabilitypro website is very deceptive. By all appearances it looks like a legitimate, professional business. Do not be fooled like I was. There is no customer service, so since they never respond--the 30-day limit for exchanges or returns elapses and you are potentially stuck with a product you are unable to use. I have learned from this experience to always check the reviews, if I would have I never would have considered ordering from this business. I would give Stabilitypro 5 turds.

Cheap Product

Not responsive, Problem with the zipper. Product is cheap made. Plastic stick came through material sticking me in my back. I sent and email before I received the product that there was a error in the purchase and to cancel order. They disregarded.

The material is a total cheap impression of the real deal. No support what so ever. There is no info given to the customer for a return. It really is a waist of anyone time with stability pro. Not an official sight at all. Soo steer clear of this scammers sight

I ordered A waist trainer size large. It's not even just the sizing being off, the quality of this waist trainer is below standards. No offense to the 99 cent store but I'm sure I'd find one better there. Save your money..

Careful what you buy - and customer service is absolutely unresponsive. I accidentally clicked on a product at the end of check-out and I could not undo it. I immediately contacted customer service and heard back from them 2 months later.

Now I'm totally upset!
Considering what is happening in this world today now I know as an African American/ Black woman only certain things are priority!
This waist trainer was a Mother's Day gift and it's now 2 months and I have yet to receive a coupon code like you said you would have given me a replacement garment and I was willing to pay the shipping and handling cost.
This is the first company that I have ever supported and the customer service was so poor! Well below standard! You don't care about your customers and the way how you handle your daily business is unacceptable!
No human being should have to wait 2 months for a coupon code or any kind of validation!
This is the worst company and I will tell others about your service and on my scale you are below a 0/ zero.
Treat people the way you would like to be treated.

I bought 2 belts I got them realize they were not the correct size and the product was it what I thought it was going to be either so I wanted to send them back and get a refund. They have refused to answer any emails they have refused to answer any messages they will not answer back on returning the product and giving me my money back all you get is an automated email response I will never use them again!
