I attempted to renew a registration for a vehicle this morning that we lease and we lease it under my wife's name- the renewal was not able to be processed because I had submitted the incorrect information but with exceptional support from the support team, we were able to get the correct information submitted and the registration renewal was processed! The best experience I have ever experienced, RMV related, since moving to MA 13 years ago, by far! Bravo!

Today my vehicle registration renewal got problematic; I eventually was able to get it straightened out and went on the state DMV website to renew. It then turned out that, contrary to what the service station told me a couple of weeks ago when I got my car inspected, I needed an emissions inspection. It was through an exchange of messages with stateregistration.com that I got all this clarified and straightened out. I was frankly astounded when I got a response literally within minutes of my first query. After a follow-up with another exchange, I got renewal all straightened out. Pretty good service, about which I am equally impressed and appreciative.

My tags and registration had not appeared for a couple of weeks after they were expected. I realized this late and night and emailed them. They still responded in a matter of minutes. Took care of everything on my behalf so I didn't have to deal with the BMV. They were also polite and friendly.

I have an out of state address even though my vehicle is registered in Ohio. I also have an out of state drivers liscense as well. This may seem a strange comment. I needed to renew my registration and thought I was on the Texas DMV website. The registration was easy, but looked a little different from previous registrations. It wasn't until I had paid that I realized I wasn't in the state site. I was nervous because I didn't know about the company and because it was the end of the month, I was concerned renewal would take longer. I decided to cancel. I wrote State Registration. They immediately wrote back and told me that it was too late, they had sent in my registration, but they would refund my agency fee, which I saw from a credit card message, they had already done. I realized this was a company with integrity and one I could trust. I would recommend them to anyone as a quick and trustworthy way to complete registration.

I applied for my registration and didn't realize that the inspection had not been done before the registration. I was contacted right away. That helped me to make an appointment at the dealership to get my inspection done in a timely manner. My application for registration was not lost or denied or cancelled. It was held until my inspection was complete. I did not have to reapply or submit new forms. I only had to answer their email. There was no drama as there has been with every other govt. Agency that I have dealt with. Due to my home being flooded 3 years in a row, I have had to deal unfortunately with Harris County, Fema, Houston City Water Dept. and everything in between. This is the only agency that has been efficient and treated me with respect. And for that I say THANK YOU! 1

I made a mistake by clicking on the third party site while trying to renew tags for my car. Once I realized what i did, I e-mailed the site and asked them to cancel my transaction. They were very prompt answering me and let me know that it would be taken care of very soon. My situation was taken care of very quickly, and all of my questions were also answered very professionally.
