I tried to order a replacement battery for my Dell XPS 15 9560 i7-7700hq Laptop Batteries from DELL and I was surprised that they DO NOT have stock for it. Then I googled and found StoreBattery which offers a genuine Dell XPS 15 9560 i7-7700hq Laptop battery. I was skeptical but didn't have a choice as my DELL laptop battery was giving me problem. I was surprised on how easy it was to make an order and the speed for me to receive the said battery. Just want to say, "THANK YOU" & I will recommend anyone which wishes to buy a replacement battery for you.

Did Google search for replacement; some sites showed 14.4V output rating whilst some stated 7.5V. Run HWinfor app and verified that the original battery rating is indeed 7.5V. Apparently, it's actually using S451 battery spec. While 14.4V might work, I decided to stay with the original rating. StoreBattery gives the correct specification. The part took 9 days to arrive with tracking infor provided. Packing was well done with foam and bubble wrap. The part looks original. Run HWinfor app after replaced and data showed zero wear and tear. Charging is swift and task bar status at 100% charge shows 10 hour usage. Bravo!

I bought both internal and external batteries for my Lenovo x250 which arrived within the time I expected. One of the batteries that was purchased was incorrect due to my giving the wrong product number. I contacted the supplier and was very pleased with the outstanding service provided by Amy. She was fast with her replies - same day, and her English was clear and concise. With Amy's help, the wrong battery was returned for a refund. The correct battery was purchased. Both batteries are now installed and I am pleased with the performance. A very good experience with a quality company.

Could have sworm I read it as an orrignal battery only to receive an OEM battery... Which is more expensive from other vendors, but it works
Ordered a LG gram computer battery, arrived on time, works well (I've used it for 2 months), way cheaper than going to sim Lim square.
Update: March 2024, still working, has about 4-5 hours of battery life left

I've bought 3 batteries from StoreBattery for my old Dell laptops, and they shipped rather quickly even during the COVID-19 period where countries are having lockdowns. The batteries were the perfect fit, and works quite well. Also, communication with them was very good, they wrote to confirm the laptop models for the batteries to ensure that my order is correct.
Came across this online store and decided to order a battery based on the laptop model after reading the reviews. Was initially annoyed as they asked me to show them pictures of my battery before shipping since I needed to remove the laptop case twice. Glad that they did, as it turns out, my battery was different. Works good and holds charge similar to my old battery when it was new. The battery came with good packaging with anti-static wrapping too. Good quality. Satisfied customer!

I ordered a replacement battery for my ASUS UX430U and Amy from Storebattery was quick to get me to confirm the exact model before shipping it out. Service was great though it took about 10 days before I received it. Replacement battery was well received. Highly recommended.

I was looking for the replacement battery for a while for my Dell laptop. Ultimately I found the perfect battery here. The battery is in good protective package and perfect in design and size. The delivery got little delayed due to courier problem but Miss Amy helped me a lot tirelessly until i got the battery. I really thank her and company to take the order so seriously and deliver it to me. I appreciate their customer service.
I bought Dell battery which I never received. Tracking says item is delivered at my correct address. Nobody called from courier, no one picks up call in the courier company. I SENT EMAIL TO SELLER BUT NO REPLY. This is a Scam and fake company. Do not buy anything from this site. I discovered some more sites using same videos and pictures selling batteries with fake shop address.
The battery arrived in due time, very well packaged with a warranty. Fits in perfectly works well (although not original), same specifications, and sellers respond quickly to any quires. Worth the money and time.
