I ordered a repair kit 3 days ago. I havent received any shipping info yet. The site clearly states shipped same day on orders placed before 7pm. Even paid for expedited shipping. The only contact I've received from these people is a response to an email asking what was going on and they informed me that the billing team has released it for shipping, and that was over 48hrs after i placed it. That's some b. S.

Ordered $75 screen replace kit and never got my package, called Thomas at strivemobile and didn't care just kept my money. I called my bank and filed fraud claim against them. They are running a scam on people and need to be shut down. I'm filing complaint with BBB and more.

Screen came not working, payed returned for replacement and was told flex cable has physical damage and claimed I did it. It took me 9 days to get in contact with someone, I realize that if I choose sales, someone pickup but no one picks up for customer support. I followed the instructions, test before installing. Anyway I ended up paying to have them send the damage product back to me. When received, the flex cable was pulled out from the screen which they claimed I did. Also, keep in mind that there is 2 departments, repair and sales. Repair section ripped the cable and send it to the sales department and told them they got it back like that. Total rip off! Wasted $80 on iPhone 5s screen. I replaced 4 phones before using other websites. StriveMobile is a rip off! You have been warned!

Worse Customer Service

If you buy from StriveMobile then hope you get the correct and working part. If you don't then you are out of luck, don't even bother asking for a refund, you once get one and you will just be out of the money you spent shipping the product back to them. Trust me on this, you will be a lot happier if you simple write off the money you spent on the product then trying to get a refund. That said, if you do research before you buy and you see this review, know that this is a terrible company to deal with if you have a problem with what they sell you.

Invest in apple care.

Apple care gets you up to 2 replacements on their phones for one time fee of 100$. Strive mobile is a $#*!ing rip off do not buy it! Don't pay for it! Hire someone to fix your phone you could get that done for 100$ do not buy their products. They have a 20% restock fee if you try and return things and and tool kits are non refundable. You will be ripped off!

Sent wrong part and gave me RMA for return. When they received the return, they failed to issue a refund because i did not send back within 10 days. Unsure how that entitles them to keep my money and the wrong part that I paid to send back. I would give negative stars if possible.

Wow - it's not often that I received such good customer service that it literally made my weekend! I order an iPhone replacement screen (which came really quickly) but unfortunately, I had ordered the incorrect model number. I contacted Strive Mobile and was instructed to return the incorrect version and once received, they would credit my account so I could place a new order. Well, several days after returning the incorrect screen, I received an email notification that my order had shipped. Since I hadn't actually placed an order, I quickly contacted customer care to inquire. They had kept notes from my previous call and went ahead and shipped the correct model. Again, it's not often that a company goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Thanks so much Strive Mobile!

Ordered an I phone 5S Screen from them, I got 3 separate emails with 3 separate tracking No.'s? They sent me the Iphone5 screen. I assured them I had purchased the 5S screen and asked to see the original online order which they were unable to provide for me. They told me to fill out the RMA form which I did and returned the screen over 2 weeks ago. I have yet to hear back from them, I've called 3 times, emailed 2 times and used the "Live Chat" that isn't a live chat at all! My wife's phone has been down for almost a month now on June 17th! I will NEVER do business with Strive Mobile again!

I repair phones everyday and decided to buy 5 iphone 5s screens at one time from them because they were cheeper than most but definatly not the cheepest! I recieved 1 out of 5 of them and it didnt even work on a 5s phone. I called them up and they told me there is no way that they would have just put one screen in there. Im not even really mad about the one not working for this model its the 4 that i paid for that didnt show up that pissed me off! I had to call them back three different times before they have basically called me a liar and said that i will not be recieving the other 4 screens!

I am an avid DIY guy so I use them all the time. Works for me and it can work for you, too! I even work on other phones for relatives and co workers. This site is very user friendly and you do not even have to interact with a person to purchase. The live chat feature is really great. You can double check if you have gotten the right part for your repair (from a human) and then buy it and check out on the site! Price is right and shipping is free. I mean, free. This site is really cool! I used the live chat and ended up fixing my own phone MYSELF! It was really not that hard and the tech helped me the whole way. Now I plan on fixing other peoples phones part time that is how confident I am. Awesome parts, great techs, cool site with all kinds of stuff to check out, free shipping and FAST! Reliability rocks!
