Haven't heard back from customer service regarding my email but it has only been a couple of hours so was not able to give a not applicable answer to the question about customer service
Subject -- the phone number I entered is not a mobile phone -- it is a landline -- I do not have a mobile phone -- how does the webinar work -- do I need to hook up a mike to the computer so you can get a feel for my voice or do you call me? -- not much information on how the webinar is to proceed.

Great webinar. Extremely informative
I saw the ad and I called because the voice over is for my daughter who is breaking into the business and I thought it would be good for her. I called to make sure that she would be able to do it because she is on the younger side. The guy I believe his name was Ray was very helpful and guided me towards making the right decision. I was overall very happy with the experience.
