My husband and I went in to buy dish soap which turned out to be a $178 shopping day. Took about 20 minutes to shop we wanted to be in and out. Well lines where long with only 4 register's open stood on line for over 40minutes then when leaving girl at door had the nerve to ask for my receipt I looked at her and said your kidding. Got outside in parking lot to discover cashier rang us up for double laundry detergent we only had one Went back into store to customer service counter to stand on line for another 15 minutes. Cashier's were not apologetic at all. I will NEVER shop there again

Need Management, workers are rude and not helpful. They treat customers like we are bothering them.
The shelves are always empty, and when they are stocking the pallets are in the way and you have to go around
Them.
Love Walmart but I stopped going to the St. Clair, Pa Walmart-

Very poor toner relations
December 23, 2019

I have never answered a survey in life(79 years), but I was so upset that I felt I had to respond to someone at Walmart. I live 45 minutes away from the Gurnee store. I got home, a clock that I had purchased was not in the bag. After several calls on hold I finally reacched a person who would not give a credit or ship same, even though I had a receipt. Now I have to drive back to get the clock or a credit. I find this a terrible imposition.

I am one of those few people who actually "won" the $1,000 Gift Card - but only if I completed several offers. These offers asked intrusive questions. There was even an offer for "Credit Monitoring" that requires your SS#. I didn't want to complete these actions, so discontinued the process. Since then I'v been plagued with phone calls (mostly from Incomplete Phone #s) & text messages urging me to complete the actions to retain the gift card or offering me this & that discount from Walmart. Entering STOP' doesn't stop the text messages. I'v had to physically Block each & every number I get a message or phone call from. Definitely NOT WORTH IT & I'm about to report this Survey as a SCAM to the FTC & FEC for Harassment!
PLEASE NOTE: This is the "$1,000 Gift Card Survey from the STORE RECEIPT, not one from a stray email or text message. DON'T BOTHER participating in this survey unless you want to be constantly harassed, even before 7 AM - which is illegal! All I want now is my peace back. STOP CONTACTING ME!

It's ridiculous when you have to wait in line at the store for a 1/2 hour because there is a new employee being trained, self checkout shouldn't have to be your only option! Another lane should have been open.

Anybody submitting a review on a product just purchased should be able to revisit that review after using the product enough to actually EVALUATE it. I just bought a terrific 32" HDTV ($80), and couldn't be happier RIGHT NOW! But in reading some of the reviews of that model, it seems some customers experienced failure of the TV after a few months. So if I submit a 5 star review today, and the TV set poops out 5 minutes later, I have no means to amend the great review to reflect the product's total failure.

Amazon allows me to see all my reviews and it's easy to up date them anytime.

I haven't been able to contact anybody in Walmart Contact center - this review is the closest I've gotten, but it's likely nobody who cares will ever see this message.

I was in the Sevierville, TN store and had picked out a Instant Pot for purchase. After checking the Walmart.com online price, it was $65 less. I placed my order prior to leaving the store and confirmed that the item was actually in stock at the store. I was advised that the item would be ready for pickup the next day. Early the next morning, I got an email stating that my order could not (would not) be processed and it was cancelled (?). No reason or explanation was given. I ordered the item from Amazon for the same price. Walmart.com has likely seen the last of my business.

The truth is
September 20, 2018

So I have entered multiple times and never once had any solicitors call me or spam emails. I believe that Walmart isn't out to scam anybody if you think about it they really don't need to. I believe they are honestly out to get consumer opinion on how there stores are being ran nationwide.

On 09-11-2018, then I attempted to take the survey from 09-04-2018, but the survey continued to state that my survey id was not recognized! If the date was the problem then usually the survey would state that the date was past due! Evil Walmart sinisterly changed the deadline on surveys for required 14 days to 7 days, then Wal-Mart lies about the change saving Walmart money, which was a lie, by Wal-Mart corporate!

Survey?
September 9, 2014

Survey? What survey? I was entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win a $1000 Walmart gift card. However, I was not asked one single question about my shopping experience. There is no survey involved whatsoever.

The site is listed on register receipt and offers chance to receive $1000 Walmart shopping card. Site is a scam to gather email address. I have received 3 phone calls from solicitors and over 100 emails since I visted the site. I opted out of the offers on the site.
