Most of the items I bought were cheap material and flimsy. My 10 items some large some small arrived in a bag which almost everything was crushed. It's funny the company claims to be eco friendly that's why the aggregate your order at the Shipping facility but they use plastic bags to ship? Speaking of aggregation, my order sat at a Shipping facility for 5 days waiting for more orders heading towards my location before it left on top of the time it look in transit. I will not be buying anything from temu again. Also the packing on the items was scuffed up and dirty. Customer service during chats don't answer your questions and answer you with random responses not affiliated with your questions, just strange. Two of the 10 items just didn't work at all with no clear damage. This order was bought to give as gifts but frankly the condition of the boxes look like I pulled them from a dumpster than bought brand new. Do yourself a favor and just don't bother ordering anything! Hard to see the damage in the pics but everything is dented and crushed.

I ordered from Temu for all my Christmas presents for 2022. I am so grateful for them. I was able to give my family a beautiful Christmas with alot of beautiful presents from Temu. They also gave free shipping during the holidays to help those who do not have alot to spend able to accommodate their children's wish lists. I was impressed with each item. Everything is well made. I'm not sure what others experienced and why they are unhappy. I did business with Temu during the busiest time of year and I was pleased over and over again. Thank you Temu. I love you!

I'm very impressed with Temu and the items i purchased were what you'd expect unlike wish. Their delivery was on time and i could track my order. It delivered pretty quickly unlike wish. Never got the several items I ordered. Requested help through the online chat, they told me to go file a claim with the post office. Refused to issue refund. The chat person kept deflecting and apologizing. This site is a fraud. I'll be pursue a claim with appropriate state agencies.

After ordering over $100 and 7 days later, they tell me it has shipped. Call UPS, they told me they don't have it or receive a notice to pickup anything. Anyone can generate a UPS#. Will you believe Temu or UPS?

I started out buying the cheapest stuff like car accessories, kitchen utensils, and gadgets. After seeing how surprisingly good quality the items were I moved on to baby clothes and even shoes. So far a few things have been cheaply made (you get what you pay for sometimes) but for the most part I'm super impressed with the quality of Temu's products! It also arrives in a week or so.

After I finally received my products very late I discovered they are counterfeit. I bought an exhaust pipe that is counterfeit. It is not a factory item, just a cheap knockoff. I requested my money back but TEMU requires me to return the item. This mistake will be costly to TEMU as I have handed the item to the authorities. It would have been easier to comply with my request, but TEMU decided against it. My attorney has suggested a lawsuit after the authorities have concluded their investigation.
Furthermore my last TEMU review was answered by a repwho suggested TEMU sells quality products. WOW! Really! Quality products? You have been caught red handed selling counterfeit products! You call that quality? Are you completely insane? This company is a joke.

Temu is shipping packages from China to their warehouse and they take forever or many times lost it. They lure you with cheaper price for things that you find in 99cents store but they're very cheap quality as well. I waited 3 weeks to get my package from one hour away warehouse but still didn't get it. Be careful with this company. I will never do buy from them.

I purchased $60 worth items last night, got $20 off and free shipping. It turned out that it charged me $12.90 for shipping. I chatted with 2 online customer supports. It was awful experiences. Neither of them was willing to help, it would take 15 minutes before they responded or they just tried to brush me off. Now I can't even cancel the order.

Do not trust the photos that are shown with the dolls. The company ships from China, and although the doll is okay for a child, it is not for a collector. The shipping is slow. The doll is mostly vinyl, and can not be posed as shown.

I cannot believe this company has ripped me off I made an order on November 16th due to a YouTuber named the cheap chick who bought a bunch of stuff off this company and gave very positive reviews of the products that she bought. So I thought that I would give this new company a try. It's November 28th 2022 I just talked to customer service this morning called my local post office to find out that my package from this company is not in the system and it did not arrive by the estimated due date so they want to credit me $5 for pass the delivery date on their side. No they should be crediting their customers that more than a lousy $5 for a late delivery what about a $25 credit fee where it's a mistake on the merchants and their behalf. They want to know how to improve customer service they're only a 2 hour train ride from where I live at make an appointment with me if they want feedback and I'll tell them how they can improve their customer service. Yes I'm a nice person where I didn't go all karen on them. I do have patience cuz I understand that sometimes things get screwed up. But as a first time customer I'm very disappointed that this company is just like wish and AliExpress two companies which I no longer have accounts with. If I don't get my package at all cuz I know there's people in other reviews that ordered their stuff in October and September and never got their stuff I will close out my account personally. You want customer service you want the word to go out but yet this app screws some people like me over on my package and what I order. How hard is it to get off your $#*! and get s*** straight when it comes to this company. I know they just started out and their company is in USA but they need a better communication with the merchants that they use and with the local United States postal Service here in the USA or overseas. They want our ideas on how to do that message me on your app set up a time and appointment with the team and I will give them some great ideas on how to improve customer service.

I ordered 3 vegetable cutters for XMAS stocking stuffers. All three of the boxes came mutilated because of an improper shipping container. The choppers were delivered in an envelope rather than in a corrugated box. Luckily there was no damage to the choppers, however the containers (folding cartons) the cutters came in, look like something you might donate to goodwill. Not happy with the lack of concern over shipping methods with these items.

I have made 2 orders from this company and so far I am happy. First time I bought some bracelets, earrings and ear buds. I didn't love the earrings but for the price I should be able to give them away. The bracelets were pretty and well made and the ear buds fit me like no others could fit me, paired easily and have terrific sound. I then ordered some over the ear headphones and they also work really well and are comfortable. I plan to buy from them in the future.

I decided to order something I wanted but not to expensive, to make sure it wasn't a fake company. The items are so cute and I'm excited to give them at Christmas, I just have to buy the wine, lol. I really don't understand why everybody says it's a scam. Yeah the stuff comes from China but it's EXACTLY as they advertise. Very good price and really did not take that long, not near as long as some of my orders from other companies have. I paid $17 for all of this stuff. Beware if you don't receive your points from this game, they won't help you! I received over 4300 from one of my viral posts and they disappeared, after I clicked the wheel twice! I should have received 500 in credits, and all they'd offer was 50! (Which never was even applied to my account) Even after being on chat from 9pm last night, until 8:30 this morning. I received my order and all the sizes were wrong. Don't trust their sizing. When I returned the items, their own website states that the refund will go back to the original payment method. They refuse to refund to my credit card and insist on giving me website credit, which I do not want. I was in LIVE CHAT for over an hour and a half and nothing was resolved. They kept contradicting themselves when responding. I have already submitted a dispute with my bank/credit card. These people are not fair business people. Be very careful. In fact, run!

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
