Thanks so much for your great service. I have the foam sheets and will recommend you as this product and service is great: so on time, keeping me informed of all the details of shipping. Not sure how you manage to wrap these foam sheets so tight! The foam sheets just popped out and were ready to use immediately. So much better value than other places I researched and Canadian so no international shipping - love it.

Recently I found the need to replace the foam on my boat flybridge cushions. The previous product held water and began to mold. After much research, I decided an open cell foam would be the perfect choice for my project. I did some price shopping and found The Foam Factory to have a fair price on this product. I made my purchase and received it in a week. It was a large piece of foam condensed into a light weight medium box. I unwrapped it and let it sit overnight and it expanded into its correct size. I am so pleased and will make future purchases with this organization. I also found the customer service department flawless as they helped me make my purchase. Well done!

My home theater installer recommended 4" pyramid foam squares to place between my speakers/AV-rack and my wall where my TV is mounted. I'm so glad I emailed The Foam Factory before ordering, including pics of my setup, as they recommended the 2" product instead. The 4" would never have fit my tight space constraints. I needed something to break up the audio reflections off of flat walls. The foam hasn't removed 100% of the reflections, but it has greatly improved the sound. I'm sure it would be even better if I glued the foam to the walls and covered the entire wall, but not willing to do that for now.

We have used layers of foam for our mattress for years. We decided we needed a new foam mattress and were shocked at how expensive they were. I found the foam factory on line and after reading the great reviews decided to order our new queen size matteress from them. After clarifying our selection over the phone with their helpful staff, I placed our order. Our mattress came quickly and was packaged well for shipping. It is better than we even expected. We could not be any happier. The comfort is perfect and price was the best out there. We will order additional foam mattresses for our other beds soon. Thanks Foam Factory for the best nights sleep we have ever had!

I ordered 16 pieces of charcoal foam to fit inside hard-sided gun cases. Their rep told me that the sizes would be cut to within 1/8" which would be perfect for the cases. All of the pieces were cut oversize by 1/2" to 3/4" and won't fit in the cases. I talked to Linda and she told me to send pictures showing the sizes. I sent three sets of pictures, 24 in all. She complained that the pics didn't meet their requirements. Finally I was told that the cuts were within their tolerances. She told me that I could cut them down to the sizes I needed. This was all after I paid them $100.00 extra to cut the foam to a 1/8" tolerance. They have refused to make this right and the manager won't speak to me. Very shoddy work.

Needed new cushions for my couch. Came across foam by mail and so glad I did! I bought the high density vushions and am so happy. I've had them for a couple weks already and still jappy when I sit down. The difference between the factory ones in the other couch and these ones are night and day. So much so that the next time I buy new furniture I will negotiate a lower price so I can replace them with these cushions. Great cust service and cut to size. What are you waiting for?!

I've placed a total of four separate orders from the foam factory over the past few years and have never been disappointed. In one case I needed the foam for a replacement bed in our RV and needed it in a rush. I called them and the gal I spoke with did a great job of communicating it to the warehouse that we needed a quick turn around. It actually arrived earlier than she promised.
