My Dunlop Maxx Sport tire got a wire stuck into the sidewall. As a result, needed to replace the tire. I wanted the same tire and could not find my it anywhere. Was able however, to source the tire at TireGet and the whole process went smoothly and received it one week after placing the order. Dry pleased with the price and speed of service- highly recommend.

Well shipping took longer then expected, I wish I could talk to a person to resolve an issue. My order got here later then expected, and I missed out on event I had to be at for my work.
I did talk back and fourth with a sales rep on email, I requested some kind of help, at least refund my shipping, they gave me a 5% coupon for my next order, I guess that is all I'm getting.
I don't like the fact it took 2.5 days for a response.

Multiple emails to support, never answered. Unable to talk to someone on the phone. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. The tires, however, are fine.
Made a purchase of one Kumho Ecsta Platinum 225/40/18, got an order confirmation email, and a tracking email within 24 hours. Things seemed to be going well, purchase was made May 12th, estimated ship date was May 13th. Have now sent two emails requesting an update, as the tracking info has remained unchanged, and have received no reply. Additionally, under the "my orders" section on the website, it is showing the order as having shipped! So far this has been a frustrating and terrible purchasing experience, as they sure didn't have a problem charging me for the order, but don't seem very interested in any communication with the customer.
Will update if I ever receive a response from them.
I needed just one tire, as we had a new tire get riddled with nails from the highway. They had the tire and size I needed, and got it to my door. AND, they were cheaper than the OTHER guys. THANKS!
Your system won't accept PO Boxes on any address line. BUT, both UPS and Fedex will sometimes drop packages at the post office, rather than door delivery. I live in rural Colorado, and we do not have mailboxes, we all have to go to the post office. So, if UPS or Fedex drop a package at the post office without a PO Box number, the post office won't even let the package off the truck.
I picked out the tires I wanted, the ordering process was simple enough for me to use, and the tires came when they promised in the correct size.
