We have used this site for many years now and have nothing but good things to say. The service is easy to use and manage, the lines are stable with excellent call quality, when issues do arise they are handled quickly and reliably. Our sales manager John Carter is very attentive to our needs and provides excellent support. The support team that I've worked with, in particular Jace and Roz, are very understanding and knowledgeable. Great company!

There's NO free offer to test! I've provided my details, credit card info and registered. You get absolutely nothing with that and they indicate that they'll charge you after 10 days.
The "My Account" option takes you no where either when signed in. Absolute scam and fake paid positive reviews here. Luckily I had my doubts and used an old cancelled credit card to register.
I have unlimited global coverage with my US-based cell plan (via my employer). However, I was on a several-weeks assignment in Sydney, Australia, and wanted to offer peers and client a local number. I did not want to carry a 2nd cell, so I obtained a "virtual" number through Tollfreeforwarding. It worked wonderfully! No one locally had to call "long distance" to my US cell, yet those "local" calls to my Tollfreeforwarding Sydney number redirected to my US cell without delay, and totally invisible to the caller. I recommended the service to a number of my peers and won't hesitate to use Tollfreeforwarding again. (I discontinued the service - no problems whatsoever - after returning to the USA.)

Couldn't have been easier. They were also very pleasant when it came time that we no longer needed the service; quick refund of remaining balance, even when I asked them to use it to treat themselves to a pizza instead of refunding! They will also work with you to troubleshoot problem lines instead of leaving you on your own when issues arise. The web portal is really easy to use and very intuitive. The free trial does not include a phone number. So there's nothing to test. This despite their web site (before you register) saying you can try the number for free for 20 days.
I have never experience such responsive and friendly service from any phone company. I received a call with a solution 20 minutes after sending an email explaining the problem. I use it in Europe and is flawless - good quality of calls.
I used their service for 1 year and then the system automatically billed me for another year. Same day I called them to cancel it and get my charge of $108 refunded. They made my jump through all kinds of hoops but eventually they said they canceled it and refund is issued. THEY FORGOT! 2 weeks later I decided not to wait anymore and filed a dispute with my CC. When TFF received my dispute they immediately called me, apologized because they forgot to issue me the refund and told me I need to send them a copy of my CC and fill out a legal form that I will not dispute anything. I declined!
They told AMEX that they never received a cancelation and AMEX reversed my charge back to my card of $108.00 so I am charged for something that I canceled and now they say I never canceled it. I am charged for $108 for no reason. ONE OF THE MOST UNETHICAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! BUYERS BEWARE! THIS COMPANY SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!
