I initially approached TopResume with high expectations for their resume-writing services but was ultimately disappointed with the experience. The process was marred by significant delays; after providing the necessary details, I waited over a month without any response. Upon following up, I requested a refund to pursue another provider, but the company declined, citing the time elapsed since the initial purchase. Proceeding with TopResume, I received a resume that was substandard and unprofessional, rendering it unusable for my needs. For comparison, I engaged another company and provided the same information, and their output was significantly better. Additionally, a resume generated by AI was far superior to TopResume's draft. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I regret the investment, as it provided zero value compared to alternatives.

I had high hopes for this resume service based on their marketing, but it ended up being a huge letdown. The draft I received was full of vague, exaggerated content that didn't reflect my actual experience. Despite multiple messages, the writer barely communicated and didn't take my feedback seriously. It felt like a rushed, generic template with my name slapped on it. To make matters worse, I noticed I was enrolled in an ongoing subscription I never authorized. The whole process felt like a cash grab with no real attention to detail or commitment to client success. Absolutely regret using this service.
