Truly superb experience working with Toptal on projects, the entire process was smooth from interviews to getting into the network to getting my first client and payment and now 2nd client. The entire setup just works out super well.
I see there are lots of people getting on boarded which is creating unnecessary chaos and the jobs are limited which degrades the hourly rates of candidates due to competition. I am worried if toptal will become like fiver. Please onboard the right (highly skill full) and limited candidates.
