When I saw this video I thought it was too good to be true but I didn't listen to my instinct I had my credit card information in and was ready to pay but it just bugged me how in the video she kept pushing for the sale like dragged it in for like an extra 30 minutes and the site it was on didn't look professional and with "10s and thousands of people loving the experience " it felt too good to be true so thank god I looked at these reviews or I might have been scammed hope everyone who purchased this can resolve it DONT BUY THINGS ONLINE IF THEY SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE most of the time it's a scam Always always look at reviews hope this company goes out of business

Its most unfortunate that you believed in what people have said long, long back and decided not even to try our product. Yes, we did have a problem in our business policy which has caused such poor reviews. But we have changed all that now and customers asking for refund are issued prompt refund. This is why most of our recent reviews are from people who haven't purchased our product - but from prospects who were planning to buy. That basically means - the ones who buy from us are not so dissatisfied any more.

On their video (which I fully watched, twice) they state a 37 usd offer "only until midnight tonight"... however I see bellow a mouthful of people who were scammed on this very same amount. Glad I found this reviews... not buying!

We also offer a monthly program at $37 per month. But this is optional. You can always opt out of that product and only pay for the $37 one time payment. We also offer payment by Paypal - where you would have only paid $37 for the Dog Lovers Membership product. Its a pity that you didn't try our product and just left a review even without trying our service.

This company has taken a total of $740 dollars from my account, with absolutely nothing to show for it. I'm now trying to work with my financial institution to see if I can recover any of my money. I had to completely cancel my card and get new one to stop the bleeding.

Very unhappy with this company's cancellation policy. I've called their customer service line (and actually got a human once, who assured me that the matter was resolved), emailed them, submitted trouble tickets to them, and completed their cancellation form online. No joy. I have since been charged two further months for this service and received yet another automated message today notifying me of an upcoming charge. Interesting thing is that they have apparently cut off my access to the site while CONTINUING TO BILL ME. Avoid this company at all costs. It's too easy to get good info for free of thru your vet or trainer.

They show you the picture of a book while the whole time having you believe you will receive the course in a book, then they charge you $37.00 and then send you a "Thank you" email and asking for more money to get the course in a book! I canceled and I want my money back!

I am not sure why someone from the other side of the world and in another hemisphere has to be the catalyst for action. Why of why guys did you not deal with this as soon as you got notice of my initial and very friendly comment.

Dear Train Pet Dog... Since I had heard nothing about my refund from yourselves I registered a complaint to the so called US Complaints Board. You must have seen this and wrote to them and to me saying the amount had been refunded. This was UNTRUE... NOTHING has been refunded.
Do not think that because we live in Africa that we have bones through our noses and do not understand the ethics of doing business. When we make a promise - we keep it. When we sell you something we deliver it.
In case you plead amnesia the latest correspondence is as below. While I am at it can I appeal to those of you US business who do have the proper values to lean on these charlatans who are dragging your name through the mud... read on

Luckily I didn't get any of the products that I was offered but subscribed anyways. I only unsubscribed today because I got two creepy emails. The first one was: Is your dog's life worth a $1 to you? This was because I wasn't clicking on any links I was sent and didn't buy any products. But the last one is what really shook me. It said; Hunter, is your dog dying a slow death? I'm glad I found this site and the reviews.

I wrote for a refund five days after purchase and this was *******@TrainPetDog.com that it had been paid - not received. I have followed up and will update this review if/when funds received.

Refund received three days following my request. Well done

If we have enough complaints we can put them out of business. I am wiring the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Of their state to investigate this company.

This company doubled charged my credit card on my initial purchase and then
Started charging me a monthly fee of $37.00. Even after I cancelled my membership.
They will not return your calls or return you monies. SCAM

I read many reviews about TrainPetDog.com and signed up anyway. After seeing the presentation I was very impressed with the insight presented in training a dog. It was not completely relevant but I appreciate the professionalism put into the content. The information provided in the online service is excellent. Very informative, detailed, and logically progressive. I have had great results training my puppy using the database thus far. In fact, I ordered the book and decided a week later I did not want it because the online version was more than adequate and they refunded my money right away. I agree that when you sigh up they promote much more than I was willing to sign up for but it was not an issue for me. If I were running this business, I would probably do the same. I am deducting one star for that reason alone because it did get very confusing. Bottom line, the content is very well written, constructed, intuitive to follow and I am getting excellent results with my training.

I bought one of their books which is fine... Really disliked how they give you the "free" Elite Dog Club for one month then automatically charge your card $37 a month after. I went on there anyways to check it out while it was free for me. Personally it wasn't something I would pay $37 a month for so I canceled the subscription before they billed me. During the 2nd step of the 3 step process to cancel they offered me a ONE TIME FEE OF $37 TO HAVE A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! This upsets me because I'm sure there are people that enjoy this site and these poor loyal customers are being taken advantage of.

So I read this companies response back to me and it asks me to send them some info so I find my original info for the purchase to prove I bought the training stuff and copied and pasted the email she gave me so there would be no mistake... AND IT BOUNCED BACK AT ME IMMEDIATELY! Really? You gave me an email that doesn't work? And this is suppose to assure me that you are a reputable company and that you are going to fix the problem and give me the link so I can use the product I bought? Seriously?

It wasn't anything that I was expecting and I couldn't get online either to their site so I wrote to paypal which is what I used to pay for it with. I bought this some years back now. Anyway, I told paypal what was going on and they reimbursed me my money because they were not giving me what I bought. So at least I got my money back,. Tonight a friend of mine was talking about her granddaughters dog having issues and I told her I still had this training thing and she was welcome to use it to see if there was anything of use on it. So I went to the emails I had and clicked on the link and nothing... the website will not come up! Piece of trash. If you do want to buy it I suggest you use paypal who will back you up if you want a refund. Visa will too but it's more difficult.

I PURCHASED YOUR PROGRAM ON MAY 2018. IT SAID ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I COULD SIGN UP FOR $1.00 FOR 3 DAYS TO TRY IT OUT AND IF I WANTED TO KEEP IT I WOULD BE CHARGED $37. SO I SIGNED UP AND TRIED IT. IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME SO I CANCELLED WITHIN 2 DAYS. WHEN I CANCELLED THERE WAS NO CANCELLATION NUMBER OR CONFIRMATION NUMBER GIVEN. BUT IT DID SAY THE ACCOUNT WAS CANCELED. NOW 3 MONTHS LATER AS I LOOK THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD STAMENT I SEE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD THE $37. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT. ON TODAY I LETTER FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAYING THEY ARE TAKING THE MONEY OUT AGAIN. FIRST OF ALL I FIND IT REALLY SHADY THAT YOU DO NOT GIVE A CONFIRMATION ON CANCELLATIONS, YOU DONT EVEN ABIDE BY YOUR OWN 120 day 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. "WOW". You may opt out of it during ordering - so you are not forced to have any recurring payment product from us. And even if you subscribe to it, you can always cancel it within the first 30 days and not be charged at all. I am sorry to learn that your cancelation didn't take into effect.
