DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a Miumiu sunglasses from them back in August and requested a refund the very next day. The courier (Aramex) came in to take the order which had the item in the box worth 890 dirhams ($243). They haven't responded to me until almost 10days saying they have rejected my refund because the item was not in the box. And im 100% sure i put the item in the box, why else would i return an empty box worth this much? Which i believe the item was stolen from the box by either the courier or the seller! I then received a message from another courier (JNT) saying that the "empty box" is out for delivery which was delivered to me. I opened a a few chats where the chat agents told me we cant help you and you need to contact the courier. Which I don't understand why since they have to deal with the courier as I trusted this company. After so many tries i was able to open a case with one agent but after 8 days the response was the box was delivered (the empty box) so they have misled the whole case and now they were looking through the empty box delivery. I opened another case (again after a lot of chat agents telling me they cant help) and explained in details what happened and again i got a response after 10days saying " However, Please note that the return rejected due to wrong item have been sent thank you." without any further explanation. Apparently im unable to open another case again because there were multiple ones and now I've lost my money with the irresponsibility of this company who are unable to protect their employees rights. Please do not purchase any product from this horrible place and customer service!
