I received a shirt that didn't fit but the staff helped size and shipped another to me.
Had ordered a heap of XL sized shirts but when they arrived realised they were too small….guys at classic tees didn't even worry about a return of product they just posted out the larger size… no quarreling or back n forth…. What a gr8 company to deal with… will donate original shirts to a charity- thanks again guys really appreciate it.

Ordered the wrong size, and when product arrived I was not happy with the fit. Got onto customer service, their communication was excellent, they sent me out a sample in another size which was perfect and then arranging a replacement order straightaway. Great to see a brand sticking to their word and making sure the customer is going to wear the product!

I recently purchased some t-shirts from True Classic, and I must say I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. After just one wash, the fabric around the neckline started pilling like crazy. It's frustrating because I expected better durability, especially given the cost of the shirt. I would strongly advise potential buyers to stay away from this product if you're looking for something that lasts. It's simply not worth the money.

I have been purchasing and wearing these shirts for over a year. Have purchased over 30 shirts and wear them every day. The last 2 shipments I received are different. The sizing is different, label on the shirts look different, and the fabric feels different. Not the same product at all. Will be returning the last 18 shirts I received.
I'm sorry to hear this. Our goal is to always provide the absolute highest quality, best fitting, softest apparel for men. That's a huge shame to hear we didn't live up to that, in this experience.
As far as that fit difference, it's an industry standard to be within a 5% tolerance. We use the same cut specs per size; across all our stuff, but you might see slight variances which relates to the actual fabric (the way it flexes or not, etc). We strive for consistency in all ways. It's crazy to think, but, that 1:1 is actually pretty hard across apparel. We generally do a really good job. Sorry you ran into this issue. I'll reach out and make this right, Debbie!

I originally had issues with fit and quality but when I brought these up with True Classic they were very helpful in resolving my issues. The tee shirts are nice, comfy to wear and they do fit better than most shirts you can by. Wash them in cold water otherwise they shrink a bit.
We are so sorry to hear this Jake. If we can grab your order number, we'd love to help. We do recommend washing on cool water and laying flat to dry; so if you are experiencing continued shrinkage that definitely does not sound right!
Loved the tees. Super comfy - got a size too big and the team we're quick to organise a smaller size order and get it shipped out ASAP.

My experience with the tees was unfortunate. I'm too tall for regular tees but not tall enough for the "Tall" series. A frustrating place to be! However, I was given a full and swift refund and was able to simply donate my t shirts without sending them back. A really generous and refreshing way of dealing with customers that I've never come across before. Excellent customer service and it feels like they value honest feedback.

Ive been ordering all my shirts for the last year from True Classic because they fit me perfectly and I love the material. Most recently I ordered a 6-pak of 2XL V-neck tees and when the order showed up, one of the shirts was a 3XL. Because I ordered them as a 6-pak, I couldn't figure out how to return just 1 shirt via the app. It wanted all 6 back or nothing. So I hit them up on Instagram and within the hour they had a replacement shirt on the way. Great customer service and great products. Well done over there!

I had a minor issue with my order and ended up writing them on Facebook; within the hour their was a representative in constant contact with me until the issue was resolved - Aden was super helpful. They sorted everything out and even compensated me for the inconvenience.

These tshirts cause aggravating itching and might cause some severe red sores on your back. Jimson and Jonson agree as per the annoying youtube commercials. This company sucks

Quality product, but when one shirt out of a pack started to show some discolouration, True Classics customer service heard me out and assisted me.
