The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with notable strengths in customer service, particularly in credit repair and recovery services. Many customers express satisfaction with the effectiveness and responsiveness of specialists who helped them recover funds and improve credit scores. However, significant concerns arise regarding the real estate listings, with complaints about misleading information, outdated listings, and unresponsive agents. This inconsistency suggests a need for better quality control and communication in their real estate services. Overall, while the company excels in financial recovery, it faces challenges in maintaining credibility in property listings.

Major scammers! They had a house listed as for rent for $700 a month. Clearly too good to be true, I requested more information to see what the catch was. Turns out it wasn't for rent at all but for sale for a much more realistic price of $385,000. Ever since, I've been getting really spammy phishing emails about the listing asking for my information. I've done more digging and found several other instances of the same thing, houses listed for rent at rediculously low prices to draw attention then turn around and rip you off. This actually seems to be pretty common place for sites like this.
Answer: Losing a loved one can be very devastating. I lost my dad who was my best friend about 6months ago. I drowned myself in alcohol in order to forget my sorrow but to no avail. Before I realized myself, my life was already a mess. My credit which was at 761(three years of hard work) had already dropped to 498, all my cash spent and all my card maxed out. I had so many negative items (late payments, inquiries, collections, judgments and garnishment). A good friend of mine recommended METRONET CREDIT SOLUTION; they helped me raise my credit 784 from the initial 498. I am very grateful for this great help. If you've messed up your credit and you really need quick assistance, then I recommend them. I reached them via metronetcreditsolution@gmail.com. Thank me later
Answer: They won't delete your email but you can block them from sending it to you. Just click that it's spam email and it will go to your spam site.
Answer: Remember these are SALES staff, they will lie to get your business and they couldn't care less what happens after they get their commission. Do NOT fall for Trulia's lies to Realtors- learn from my very expensive mistake! You will get nothing except poorer.
Answer: Anyone who owns a house or apartment will entrust a friend or management company with the responsibility of managing the property before going out of town for an extended period. If someone claims to own or manage the place but cannot grant you a walk-through viewing of a place (not just pictures sent through email--anyone can do that--they must legally own a copy of the key) and FOR FREE, then it is a scam. I agree with Julie. Do not use sites like Trulia to try to find a rental. They do not verify 'property managers' and most of the rentals you will find on Trulia are scams. I found my apartment by contacting well established local realty management companies. The apartment I chose is owned by a company that was recommended to me by a friend. Never ever send money. If it's a legitimate owner/manager/leaser, all transactions will happen in person.
