Its destroying lanaccfinds, most of the sims 4 cc is going to be way harder to find now. Plus artists now can't post nswf content like what
They are banning freedom of self expression by disabling nsfw content. Staff cannot properly run this site so they are punishing everyone else
Tumblr will ban a lot of content (not just porn, but also art, memes...) from the 17th on, so it is literally useless for anyone who wants to post or reblog original content. It's gonna be a second facebook
Tumblr will delete your account without any reason because of copyright complaints which can't be proved. Don't waste your time to create a blog. It can be shut down any day without warning or reason.
They're banning accounts and censoring the freedom of expression. Whine you're at it, dump their parent company Verizon and choose ATT or another provider instead.
Now that they censor the website it's useless, no good content anymore, users move away in huge numbers
This website contains NSFW stuff and SJWS. Also back in 2015 there was a incident where some SJWS almost droved a artist into suicide just because she din't draw the character fat
Tumblr is fantastic if you have a lot of interests and don't mind jokes, memes, gifs or pictures related to those topics. The feed is usually very on point and can be scrolled for a long time to find entertaining content. You can also have your own blog and customise it to your own specific needs.
Site is full of porn bots and pedophiles and the staff completely ignores any blogs you report even if it's for something serious like posting sexual images of minors. Dont waste your time it's a horrific environment
This website will terminate you account anytime without explanation, completely arbitarily. Everybody can report your blog or posts for whatever reason and you get deleted. To make a blog on tumblr ins complete time waste since you have the risk that your account gets terminated anytime. Futhermore there's one of the most brainless support I've ever seen in my life. There are much better alternatives, I really can't recommend tumblr.
Probably the worst and least safest social media sites that I know of; this website seems to allow some users to freely post and display pornographic content despite like any other social media website, you can be as young as 12 years of age to create a profile and use it, which I find to be a bit disturbing. Additionally, when I addressed this concern to the admin or people who run and monitor this website, I was met with perhaps the most unprofessional response and attitude I've ever encountered from just about any business. I'm honestly not even sure how this website did not get shut down yet, as it seems it would be a paradise for those who like to sexually prey on underage consumers.
Why did you terminate my blog seven times without explanation? Why does support not reply? On what grounds do you terminate blogs? What not delete posts instead of entire blogs.? Do you give a care about your bloggers? How do you stay in business?
They are some of the most incompetent and unprofessional of all social media sites customer service. They make you jump through hoops for copy right issues. Very ignorant childish responses and approach. Definitely avoid having to deal with them at all. I showed the proof that my business name is being missed used and submitted documents yet they still fail to remedy the issue and keep demanding more documents.
Well, quite flexible and easy platform for blogging but needs a SERIOUS monitoring to ward off porn / explicit content.
Policies are not clearly outlined. Was responded with a generic reply that did not explain anything. I had to reach out to my own website platform provider for advice with Tumblr. Now they are not even responding me, after trying to contact them 3 times.
A completely superior resource! I love the arts provided by people. Can have some inappropriate content for a while, that gets moderated.
Jamie Lewis aka Jamie Newsroom Lewis *******@Jamie__Lewis scammed me out of £400. He claims to be a freelance writer who works for The Independent but you definitely don't want to hire him independently! Also claims to work for the international business times and the huffington post -not sure if they advocate these fraudulent practices. He took my money and never delivered he also says I can't have a refund. He disappeared for two weeks after the deadline and then finally responded to say he hasn't done the work and won't be giving me a refund. Think twice before you commission this fraud.
I have been using Tumblr for a year now and find it super easy to navigate. The aspect that I like the most is that I can follow awesome photographers and see their creations. I wish it was easier to re-post directly to my wall from desktop, other than that, love it!
Answer: Freedom of expression, which has "now" been taken away. So I see no reason Tumblr is better than it's competitors.
Answer: Well, as an Artist I had a show exhibiting my work (in a very Puritan State). I had two pieces taken from the wall and turned backwards, so no one could see them. My pieces challenged thought and involved nudity. Tumblr, is now another "online" community turning pictures around so voices and messages cannot be seen or heard.
Answer: Newgrounds, Pillowfort, Amino Apps, and Twitter are all much better than Tumblr, although Twitter is still very risky so, keep your guard up.
