I am from Germany and I ordered UkeySoft Spotify Music via internet. I had made a mistake when ordering the key. I got uncomplicated a new matching key for the software.

Ukeysoft Apple Music Converter fills the need I had to be able to download songs from Apple Music to my iPod Classic which Apple doesn't support any more:-/ Beside this, thumbs up to Ukeysoft crew which is responsive and helpful to solve problems.

Due to a hard drive crash I had to reinstall my computer. After the installation, my Apple Music Converter from UkeySoft claimed that my key had already been used up. After a brief contact with UkeySoft support, my key was reset and the installation worked again. This is how support should work.

Activation's problem resolved immediately and with clear communication.

Payed for a 1 month subscribtion and wait now since 2 days for the activation key to arrive...
They state that the key will be delivered within 30 minutes... hahaha
Tried to contact them by mail as well as the retailer (Paddle) - but no answer so far.
When will i get my key? At the end of that month?

Finally apps that actually do what they say there for. Product is very reliable the customer service like no other I just Love there apps only ones on my computer...

I experienced a nail-biting 36-hr delay in receiving my activation codes after purchasing UkeySoft Apple Music Converter 7. 0. 5. After requesting help from UkeySoft and also from their remote biller, I eventually received the codes. The software works as advertised! If you're converting songs from Apple iTunes for use on a flash drive, choose M4A - MPEG4 Audio setting. AAC and AC3 settings did not work for my setup. So 5-stars for the software, minus one star for the delay in receiving the activation codes.

I bought this software and have sent multiple emails and still have not received the activation code.

I got one return email which was an auto generated email.

I have asked for a refund but no one from Ukeysoft will acknowledge my request.

I send several emails requesting the activation code to no avail.

Stay away.!

When first using this software, I had some problem to set it correctly, I wrote some Emails to the technical assistance, and they gave me the solution to use Apple Music with the right setup.
Now the software is working perfectly! I really enjoy it.

Great application and perfect development. I don't even know what would happen to me without the app.:-)

I had a problem with a computer crash, and a missing code for my "UkaySoft Apple Music Converter (Mac)".
The company UkaySoft solved my problem quickly, so that my software worked...

Great tool. Very simple and does what it says on the tin. Easy user interface. Good way to back up your iTunes library.

To quote Bethesda's Todd Howard "It Just Works". I had to reformat my system due to a catastrophic data corruption issue and discovered that the program didn't recognize my pc as having activated the software anymore and the activation key was no longer valid. I emailed support about the issue and within 24 hours they reset the activation key and the issue was resolved. Would and have recommended to friends and family because who doesnt like actually owning what you pay for... and "It Just Works"

When I need to reset my key there here :) , maybie 1h not more, good support, good product.

I have had many computer problems over the last few years and they have always helped me re-install the program. Fast answers. Amazing program. I truly have no complaints about the product, their company or the service. So in short, I would definitely recommend them to anybody
