I will not do business with any company that resorts to "click-baiting". They attempt to bait you into clicking on their ad by making it look like a story or informative article. Here's a copy/paste of an example I came across. The "headline" read: "Make Sure Your Dog Is Not Eating Any of These Food (If Your Dog Eats Dry Food - Most Owners Don't Know This)" But look closely - The light gray fine print reads: "Ad•Ultimate Pet Nutrition".
Was happy with them 10 mo ago, but not now. I ordered my UltraComplete dog food and Nutrithrive on May 17th. On May 19th they sent an email that stated my shipping would be delayed. Now it is March 25th and 3 CS reps can not tell me when it will ship. They said they were sorry. My "call questions" were sent to the " shipping dept'. Never heard from them. My dog 15 and needs highly nutrients food. I depended on this company to send me the food on time.
I tried to place an order for 6 jars that the website advertised as $121. There was no confirmation page to verify my order before clicking complete, but then I saw that they charged me@$200. I immediately emailed and was told they'd cancel my order... never once offering to honor the price advertised... no one ever even addressed my concern with the website having inaccurate prices. I was so excited to try this product for my 2 dogs but if a company has to lie about prices to get customers, that makes me very suspicious about the quality of their product. We'll see if my refund actually posts to my bank account. After reading other reviews, it seems like that's an issue as well!

Unbelievably poor customer service when people keep hand-balling me from one department to another - just couldn`t understand why delivery to Australia is no longer an option (I bought several times before - never was an issue!) when you place an order. No one explained it to me or helped - but rather sent me to online chat - then to support email - then back to online chat. Still can`t place an order (not a single jar though - quite a few). Zero care/support.

I bought a jar of powder supplement for my dog and she loved it. I ran out so I went to the website to buy another three jars. After putting my bank account information in for payment my card was declined. There is no reason for that so I tried again and again. I tried a total of four times and the website denied my card each time. With no order confirmation I checked my bank account. After denying my card four times, this company charged my card each time! That is over $800 I lost for no reason. Do not do it! I'm now at war with my bank to get all of my money back!

I called CS. So instead of trying to fix the problem, the rude woman told me it must have been me who ordered wrong! This is terrible customer service. Instead of being excited to improve my pup's overall aging condition, I am waiting for product to return for a full refund and taking my business elsewhere!

Has helped my fur baby to become more active as she's aging and seems to have fewer digestive issues.
We call it her "magic powder" because shortly after starting our 8 year old lab/terrier mix on the Ultimate Pet product she became so much more "sassy" personality-wise, her coat got more shiny, her energy level increased & she just seemed happier! She is 9 & goes for 7mile hikes in the woods with no problems. You would NEVER know her age if she wasn't grey around her muzzle. The "magic powder" definitely made a difference for her. It is expensive, but I stock up when there is a sale. She is worth it!
Nala, my almost two year old female labradoodle has been acting more like a 10 year old than a two year old: she stopped playing with Ralph, a two year old male labradoodle mate after a two pseudopregnancies.
They have now finished a pottle of Nutra Thrive, and Nala is definitely more active and playful. Her body odour is now neutral; she previously smelled mildly malodourous.

I was being screwed until I wrote this review. Refunded now by the Ultimate Nutrition. I paid over 140 for 3 canisters of this "product". I asked for a refund. I brought it to post office and sent it back express mail another 15.00. They say 3 to 5 business days to process and refund my money. It's been a month. And evidently I lost or misplaced the tracking number. They say it was never received. They are lying. Don't believe the reviews on their page. Look for reviews off their site and you will see horrendous ones. My opinion and others

My beagle puppy, Maggie May, is 1 year and 8 months old. When I saw the advertisement for Nutra Thrive I thought it would be great for my puppy. My first beagle, Daisy, had tons of health issues and we spent tons of money on vet bills because we loved our Daisy dog. She lived 15 years 8 months and 1 day. We had to put her down and that was a horrible day. I wish we would have known about Nutra Thrive and put that on her food so she could have been a healthier dog and would have lived longer. I wished she could have lived forever.

I saw the promo on Facebook and my 14 year Wheaton terrier has been having trouble with strength in his legs. He was bit by a tick about 5 years ago and got Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. He was very ill and it took the vet about 3 weeks to diagnose the illness. He recovered and was running around until about 8 -10 months ago. I noticed he did not enjoy walking like he did before, sleeps a lot and prefers to be resting. I started this less than a month ago so I feel it is still in the trial phase but he does enjoy eating it. The 2 cats always come around to sniff when he eats, must be that bacon scent. I will definitely follow up with more information about Lucas. I want him to enjoy his golden years and have the best quality of life that I can give him for as long as I can. Thank you for your products. I also purchased the joint tablets and again so far so good.
Weeks after our purchase we still didn't have the product. After multiple emails back and forth with them and a phone call they acknowledged they received our payment but couldn't explain why they didn't send the food and would send it right away. Then another two weeks went by, more emails and just BS from them and we STILL don't have the food. They are great at passing the buck and giving excuses but won't actually send you what you paid for. Don't fall for their great marketing and fake front.

My German Shepherd and Shtszu/Maltese have been on Nutra Thrive since January and they still love every bite of their food, they won't eat their food unless it's on their food now! It's made a difference in their coat, their moods are definitely more energetic and their stools are firmer & less smelly.
... After the first month the product is showing very good results! The main thing I have noticed is a change in personality! One animal that has responded the best is a 7 year old Border Collie. She is very playful now, which she was not before! They have gained weight but I changed their entire diet so cannot speak honestly. Would love to try the Food but it is way out of my Zip Code.

I'm sad to report, that my dog loves the food, but I have found several small sharp bones in the food. My dog has also been coughing or making choking sounds after being on the food. I have to change him off this food.

This product contains silica which produced multiple stones in my healthy dog's bladder and urethra causing a complete blockage. There is no warning with the product for this, and the stones were proven to be 100% silica -NOT a type of stone (calcium or struvite) that could naturally occur. The emergency surgery was more than $5,000 and the vet said she had never come across anything like this. This company takes no responsibility for your pet other than "property damage" and will only refund the product. DON'T RISK YOUR PET'S LIFE!
