Phone is still locked. Went through all the steps multiple times. Wasn't liking the fact I had to hook phone into laptop and customer service able.to completely accessed any files in my computer. Didn't feel safe. Since the attempts I've had problems with laptop I didn't have prior.

This service is incredible! I have an iPhone 13 pro on AT&T with monthly handset payments. When I called AT&T they were unable to unlock it without me paying off the phone in full. Instead I used this service to unlock my phone and enable it to be used overseas. Amazing service and they unlocked my phone within 2 days!

Doesn't work with wireless mobile I contacted them they said contact wireless, wireless said contact them just too much back & fourth..

The phone was already unlocked, but the problem that I was having is how to used with my carrier network. But you guy sent me a message if you were the ones who unlocked the phone, at the end the phone is still on it usually locked conditions. Nothing works. Still the some as it is. So disappointed

*UPDATE* The company partially refunded me, the charges listed below were taken out of the original price. I would not have bought the service if they had said on their website that they can not unlock the phone. I feel the charges(even though reasonable under normal circumstances, were wrong in this case)
I was refunded after I posted the review, the reason for the low rating is the huge delay in communication when asking about a refund/lack thereof and the fact that their site said they could unlock the s22 ultra but I was told in chat that they can not. I was also charged 2 fees $2.99 for IMEI checking and $4 for T-mobile account checking. They sent me an email stating the order was fully refunded, Paypal doesn't show any activity yet. Will update this review if the refund does not go through.

I ordered a network unlock for s22 ultra, their site claims they can unlock it. They told me in chat that they can only unlock phones that ask for a code. So their website is not correct. When I asked about a refund, they stopped talking to me. Chat is as follows

So no solution at the moment
