I made numerous attempts at reaching my "rep", Carla, to no avail. I finally had to call, talk to some other guy and he explained how busy they are and justified her ignoring her customers. Won't be buying from you again.

We were thrilled with our purchases from US Appliances. The products we wanted had long waiting times and much higher prices from our local sources. The communication and delivery were spot on and all the appliances were in perfect condition. I was a little skeptical of the promises made when ordering. But they were all kept 100%!

Went to the internet to do some shopping on Kitchen Package Deals. Came across this website and seen some nice deals. Did some research and was ready to buy the LGBD1 Package Deal. It is listed as $3599, so I go to purchase this as it fits all of my needs. I go through the whole process of putting my name and everything else in go to review order, price shows $3599-$359.90(Storewide Discount)+$202.44(taxes)= $3441. 54. I click place order to only be reloaded and comes back with a price of $5330-$533(Storewide Discount)+$299.81(taxes)= $5096. 81. So of course I did not continue to complete my purchase with the price difference of $1655. 27. Called in to speak to a manager and was told that was an old price and the price is the $5330 for the package. Won't honor the advertised price on THEIR WEBSITE! I have screen shots and printed off my cart page along with the search criteria. Even went a step further and did a video record of my screen to show them I am not doing anything special and they are false advertising their prices. They proceeded to say that is the price and hung up on me eventually after I kept telling them I am looking at their site and this is the price I am seeing.

I knew from the email that I received that it would take longer than normal, but when I called after 6 weeks, I was dismayed to hear that there was no ETA for delivery. Not only that, I was told that the manufacturer couldn't even give an estimated delivery date, and was unable to get parts. I started looking for another cooktop after that. About 2 days later, I got an email that said the cooktop had been shipped. Really? So... either the customer service person was just giving some kind of rote response and had no clue, or it took my phone call to get things going. Either way, that's poor customer service.
