Scary! Almost trapped into monthly member ship fees when only a basic report was requested.
You block movement way to soon. I don't think I've had a chance to read the whole thing. Thiis process is basically ticking me off. And take the chat button off. It is also very irritating. Just let me read before you go all in my face.

Very, very poor service. Switch and bait-you want customers to sign up for additional service. You should get out of this business.
I was pleased to finally see an estimated value of the house compared to others nearby and that it showed the ownership of the home in my name.
I am very satisfied with the results that I have gotten from you and if I need any other service I will use you again.
The information for the report started to come up, and before I could read more than a line or two, a box came up wanting to know if I was happy with the report... for all intents and purposes, I thought it was ok... I did not know I would not be able to read the rest of the report I was promised in full for the $1.25 charged to my credit card. If these boxes were left until the very end of the report it would be a much better site, or put a choice box that lets you answer later, then I would not feel like I just got ripped off! I Did Not and Do Not wish to purchase any other package... the information promised would have been sufficient for the need I have... I am disappointed and very upset, that I did not get what I was promised! I will wait for an answer to my E-Mail, to see if I will receive what I was promised before deciding on reporting this site to the Better Business Bureau.

Thank you. A basic quick and easy 20 plus page report. Including Price trends, Market trends, price per foot, and great photo of property. All I needed to know and a referral to a local realtor to boot! Very thorough.
This is a new build but it should show property tax base for the area
I just wanted some quick info on a property I'm considering putting in an offer on. You can't beat the price, $1.25. Potentially, it could save you thousands of dollars by not getting into a bad deal.
We use this particular information in our Property Management Business and it usually requires driving to Hopkinsville Kentucky to get this information.
