Their website is Very Misleading. In the end they added an extra charge and bill my credit card or it. They do not tell you about the extra charge that will e added until AFTER you pay. They date for the show I booked was on Veterans Day, which is FREE for a Veteran, They made no mention of that either and charged me Full Price. When I contacted them about the Overbilling they Refused to correct the problem.They also never mentioned the Veterans are Free that day. I ended up having to call my Bank and have the Charges Removed. Later that day I tried to log back int their website to make sure I read the information correctly and Discovered they Blocked me from their website. I Would Not Recommend Doing any Business With Them. If they are going to charge someone for using a Credit Card to pay for a service I think they should have to tell you about it before you go to checkout for you purchase, everyone else I have ever done business with considers that to be Standard Practice. If you want a Refund they offer a Future Credit for another show OR will only Refund 65% of the amount that was charged to your card. Just a Note: Their website does not allow you to Print Out and Invoice of your transaction after they take your money either. I called the Show Venue Directly and made my purchase through them, I was able to choose the 2 seats and 1 of the was Free because I am a Veteran.
