Suggestion: easier to move
Suggestion: Wish it was softer/ was more plush/had a soft pillow top. Wish it was more durable. Can already feel indents from where myself and my boyfriend sleep in the bed. And the mattress is protruding out on one side. Didn't pay 1400 for a bed that is like any other cheap bed
Suggestion: Could be even firmer, and I'm not sold on the Memory Foam, even after all this time. I would gladly trade the foam for the ability to turn the mattress upside down twice a year.
Yes and no. For the most part it's yes but there are days upon getting up my low back and hips hurt. I lay on my back a lot and seems that the area of my low back and hips forms a depression and if you move over out of that spot it's higher and makes it uncomfortable and causes my low back and hips to hurt. Also, I found when the mattress was rotated several times to the opposite end - the bottom from the way the mattress was originally set up it seems like that end sinks in more.
Suggestion: That it wouldn't sink in so much in the low back/hip area as I tend to lay on my back a lot and an impression forms where you lay and when moving out of that area it makes my low back/hips hurt.
Ensure your sample floor models accurately represent your final product.
Suggestion: Again, this model is much harder than the floor model we looked at.
I believe it's the bed and the pillow.....just fabulous Omg the pillow I use is out of this world great!! I just love the bed and the pillow.
We have been having troubles sleeping with the new mattress. We will be calling to have it re-adjusted. I believe it is too hard as it hurts my shoulder when sleeping on my side.
Suggestion: I would like it to be softer, be more plush with the pillow top.
Pressure points have been relieved.

I sleep so much better on my Verlo mattress than I did on my old mattress. I get deep, relaxing sleep that has been very beneficial to me. I really liked being able to lay on all the different kinds of mattresses before buying. It made choosing a mattress much easier.
Suggestion: I am worried about the handles sewn in to the sides of the mattress. The mattress is fairly heavy, so moving it puts a lot of force on the handles. I try not to put too much force on them because I am afraid of ripping them.
Will admit we liked the sale experiance, no pressure, good price.

It didn't take me any time to adjust to a new bed. I have slept awesome since the day it was delivered. Best bed and experience ever!!
Finally figured out the bed was vibrating due to the furnace in the basement making our floor vibrate. Just unreal. Took us three months to figure it out.
Suggestion: We need those four corner things taken off so its easier to make the bed.
If I elevate the bed to the snore position , I wake up in the morning with severe backaches.
Suggestion: The weight of it, I wish it were less heavy.
It's really been a change. I am more comfortable since I can change the position of the mattress to meet my needs.

Suggestion: Need to work with regarding the issues I am having with painfulmpressure points. Not sure the pilllowvtop is providing enough comfort/padding.
Suggestion: I called after I bought them and asked for them to be all softened and I don't know that it was for sure done
