Anyway, I like to talk with people so when a friend of mine recommended me Viking Bags, instead of browsing their site I just started a chat with the Customer Service. I was lucky to meet Joseph Lampson - he not only helped with the right choice for my needs but assisted me through the purchase procedure and even helped with the installation.
I give 5/5 because I got what I paid for. The quality is good and the price is adequate. I am very happy with the purchase and the customer service - if anybody is interested in Viking Bags' offer, be sure to talk with Joseph Lampson.

I was having a hard time finding lockable saddle bags that didn't look like cheap plastic when I came across Viking. The installation was a bit of a pain but the bags look great and are holding up great. Their customer service rep Scott Adam also followed up with my purchase, so pretty good there too.
Like others have stated, once they have your money they are done with you.
I spent a quarter grand on saddle bags. A product that's expected to last years, however, they only lasted 6 months. I installed them following the instructions to a T. Despite doing so, due to poor design and friction, the bolts pulled through the saddle bag material, rendering them useless.
I spent 2 days back and forth with customer service explaining the issue and sending photos and their response was "nothing is wrong with our product, we can send you new installation hardware, that's it." And I haven't heard from them since then. It's been 3 days now of me trying to get back in contact with someone. I've left voicemails, sent several emails, and still no response.
Prior to this poor customer service experience, I was going to chalk it up to a defective product and just wanted an exchange. Now, I'm chalking it up as a poorly ran company that will never get another one of my hard earned dollars again. And I will do my absolute best to ensure they don't receive a dollar from anyone I know either.
I purchased a set of Viking saddlebags for my custom bike. Easy to mount. Holds up well in bad weather. Looks good on my bike.
I have ordered several products from Viking and all of them have been excellent in quality. Their customer service is exceptional also. Catherine Josephe assisted me in the selection of a couple bags for my bike. Her response to all of my questions were always quick and informative. I would definitely recommend Viking for both their product quality and service.

Overall my experience with customer service has been pleasant. During my ordering process, there was an issue with my address. I heard from a rep to verify all info was correct and received my tracking confirmation, which the product arrived in a timely manner. My new tank bag appeared to be in good quality shape with no visible damage. Looking forward to ordering more moto gear from Viking Bags in the future!

Good saddlebags, good price and verty sturdy. I ordered the large charger saddlebags because i like the straps. First off, i was very impressed with how the saddlebag straps secure. They don't flap around like any other junk bags I've had.

I ordered saddlebags using their browse by bike feature. They came and did not fit the bike. They would not pay for return shipping, even though their website states you will receive a return label via email and retain the tracking number and use it for every correspondence with us. Even after calling and stating this argument, they refused to pay return shipping on an exchange.
