This is a fake platform for fake professionals to buy themselves reviews and get customers/ patients! Disgusting and unlawful. I see horrible businesses that have bad reviews on other platforms, but magically have hundreds of five stars in couple of weeks through Vitals! Enough scamming consumers..
Dr. Aresh Rahi is the best. Not only is he a good doctor, he has a pleasing bedside manner which certainly helps the patient relax. I had a bladder lift on July 1,2020. Went back today (August 17,2020) for my final follow up. The surgery has made such a difference in my life. Just sorry I didn't have this done a long time ago.

At the very beginning, he seemed to be a great, knowledgeable doctor who knew how to treat my chronic pain. That didn't last long. Any time I called the office, the front desk staff always sounds as if you are bothering them. Often times, before the call ends, I still say "THANK YOU". However, they always slam the phone down before I could finish my sentence. I met with the PA and she was quick and seemed bored while I was explaing my situation. I also had to literally spell out the meds I was on bc she had no idea. Dr. Cash was very pleasant the first few visits. He then advised me which med he wanted me to take. I was away on vacation and forgot my meds(yes, my fault) and it was needed bc I had a bad fall on my knee and ended up in the ED. I have a sprained knee.
The doc who attended to me advised me to call Dr. Cash asap so that he can call in just a weeks worth of meds until I got home. Dr. Cash calls me back to say "I don't call in meds for a sprain and it's your fault you left your meds, not mine. And besides I am not giving you those pills anymore" Keep in mind that HE was the one that had me on them for 3 months and thinks my pain will magically go away. Never have I had such a horrible experience! I will be looking for a new pain doc and will also be reporting him as soon as I get back home!
Tried to contact them about fake reviews posted by someone on the internet harassing me - this person is not my patient. They will not contact me to have the review removed.
Money scam that supports only bad review for YOU to buy something from vitals. My patient tried to leave positive review for me - HE COULD NOT, the site would come up with "nice" computer errors - I know why... Don't trust vitals and yelp - MAJOR MONEY SCAMMERS
Vitals does make their money on deleting any negative interviews about the doctors defrauding the consumers of the truth about the doctors practice.
The best surgeon I have ever come to know. Had a very bad replacement of one of my knees, was recommended to him and what a difference. Noone else would even think about trying to help me, but he did. I recently had my other knee done, and what a change he has made for me. I have not walked so straight in 8 years. I've told everyone I know if you need a replacement, I wouldnt go anywhere but to him.
I tried to leave a review on Vitals but the page is so loaded with ads and messages there is no room to type or review your input. Vitals.com appears to be a revenue generator and has little concern for informing people/patients. A ruse.
They claim to gather information from State Medical Boards and do not list unlicensed individuals. However they state that I am a doctor and I have never been a physician in my life. I have demanded they remove my name and have not been acknowledged/ They are a fake site that does not care about the nonsense they are spreading. They should be ashamed
Doctors pay to delete bad reviews and write and filter what they want. It's pretty horrible, I got really destroyed to where i was once doing CrossFit and yoga everyday to being on disability from a nasal fracture repair with a psychopath doctor. The amount of damn damage someone can do to you body by going end your nose has blown my mind and this was a vitals 5 start doctor. I wrote my review and it magically disappeared the next day.
I had an horrific surgical experience with a doctor, I shared on vitals, they removed it and blocked me, this is extremely dishonest as you will never get real doctor reviews from patients
This company has been listing my phone number for a doctor on their site for the last 6 months and refuses to take my phone number off the listing. I've contacted them no fewer than 15 times to get them to fix it and they keep ignoring me and these poor people keep calling me trying to make an appointment.
It baffles me that negative, honest reviews (in the absence of profanity) are often not posted to the site or need to be submitted multiple times before receiving approval, yet, positive doctor reviews are posted immediately preceding a negative review. Sounds to me that many doctors are paying off this company to offset negative reviews by replacing them with positive reviews as a form of advertisement. Many people have filed complaints with the BBB. If you are searching for information regarding doctors' credentials refer to your local State Dept. of Health, state medical board, local courts (to see if there are any malpractice complaints against a doctor), Medicare, or the NIH for information regarding your medical condition or procedure. This site cannot be trusted I found the positive reviews to be fake and the negative reviews are more reliable. Not all doctors have five star reviews. I have been to plenty doctors and most that I have been to would get three stars or less if I am evaluating both them and their office staff.
Want a doctor that takes time to listen to you? That is knowledgeable? That has experience beyond his scope of family practice?
Pick Dr Ernesto Lao as your doctor and experience all these things.
Very respectfully,

Answer: Yes, apparently $2,500 per bad review. Companies also offer to "legally" post good reviews (fake) for an extra charge.
